With &pizza, you just can't go wrong. I've never had a bad experience at any location, and this one in Fair Oaks is the same. The service and the pizza were amazing, and it was an enjoyable event.The Food: Of course, I had to customize my own pizza, and like every time, the pizza was delicious. Pairing the pizza with a drink, I was recommended the mango passion fruit soda, because this spot doesn't have fountain drinks. It was delicious and the fruit flavors was on point!The service: The person making my pizza was friendly and prompt. She listened to my order and was able to make the pizza quickly so I could be in and out asap.
Great service (contrary to some of the other locations where they really don't care) Matt and Dylan wereawesome, I usually take some time to order and they were very patient. Food/service quality is great. Keep it up guys
ordered online twice from this location and BOTH times was a problem. first time either it was never made and marked as delivered or my driver stole my pizza. made a complaint and got it remade and went to pick it up. it took over 2 hours to resolve. the 2nd time i ordered online the driver brought half my order and blamed it on the store only giving him those items. No phone number available to call and by the time it was delivered the store was closed. Again had to text them to complain and they offered no solution. Going to dispute this with my credit card company. Good pizza BUT HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. never ordering from this location or from &pizza again.
My wife told me let's go to &Pizza . We drove to Fair Oaks mall for pizza. The staff welcomed us and we picked our favorite ingredients and the pizza was so delicious. &Pizza been our favorite pizza and will continue do . Thank you for the delicious pizza and see you soon.
There's not a convenient &pizza near me so happy this place opened up! closest one I can get to.Love the setup! was surprised to see it in the middle of the mall, but it's super cool how they were able to fit everything into a big kiosk-bar. normally you see something like a Starbucks so this is super cool. They have two sides for ordering if it gets busy (I assume on weekends).all the staff were very chill and welcoming. the pizza station was spotless and clean, they were wiping after every customer which is awesome. Ingredients look very fresh.love the whole mood and personality of the company as well, you can see it through their website and all their marketing.pizza is made fresh and comes out piping hot, but delicious! you can get a pre-made or build your own. I created my own. and the pizza itself is delicious! the size is like a flatbread style so more suited for a single person but could be shared.The drinks also have unique catchy names. I opted for the blood orange jasmine which is a green tea drink. it tasted a little mild and watered down, but good enough.I also love how the box comes with reheating instructions which is super helpful.Will definitely be back!
What an amazing experience. The pizza is beyond delicious, the kiosk was very clean and the employees are all very welcoming and energetic. Jason has an upbeat and positive energy that carries over to everyone he talks to. I would recommend for anyone looking for a great pizza to try this spot it is absolutely awesome!!
1/19/22- I placed an online order and when I picked up I noticed there was a small issue and Jason (I believe his name was Jason… It might have been Jared) noticed as well, acknowledged the issue, apologized and immediately began preparing a new pizza without any issues. Great service! &Pizza is my favorite pizza and I don’t get sick from their GF pizza like some other places. This was my first time ordering from this location. I will be ordering from them regularly.
Extremely satisfied with the quality, location, and customer's service of this &pizza! The sunday evening staff was super friendly and definitely made me want to return. The pizza itself was great as usual. Will be back soon :)
Took FIFTY SIX minutes for them to make my online order. Apparently their policy is to serve customers in line first, then make order ahead. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes near checkout, the guy working the register told me to just get in line as that will be quicker (which it was). Extremely disappointed as this was my first experience with &Pizza. I will most likely never try their food again, nor will I recommend it to any one.
I ate here for lunch yesterday. The pizza was so good. The employees were very friendly and the store was extremely clean looking and seemingly well managed. They handled my gluten allergy with extreme care and the manager went out of his way to ensure his staff changed gloves and did their best to help me. I appreciate the kind treatment. Fast food but the service was much better. I highly recommend checking these guys out. You won’t regret it! A+++
