I used to frequently eat here when I lived nearby. In the last few years quality and customer service have gone down the drain. My last visit was the final straw, will not be wasting my time here again.
You’d have a better time going someplace else. I’ve never had worst customer service in my life. Every time I’ve ordered anything from this place they mess it up one way or another. I should’ve posted a review far before now. Today I ordered a sandwich plain, however, could not take off the onions. I called in to make sure that they could take them off and I was told yes. When it arrived it still had onions on it. I proceeded to wait on hold for a half hour to be told that it comes with onions and I had to argue for way too long that I had called ahead and asked. Was finally told that to get a replacement it would be 1 and a half hours to 2. If possible order from the one in Vienna they are actually competent at that location.
This pizza is so Delicious that as many times I’ve ordered from here I always burn my mouth. Because it comes hot even with delivery. I really recommend ?????
I like the guy who answering phone. He does really good job on customer service. Never messed up my order. I like the taste of pizza. The texture of dough is different. Don't forget to try their jumbo wings.
Fries were hot but SO soggy and our Stromboli was soggy and sloppy too, but nothing compares to the two small pieces of garlic bread for $6. They couldn’t even give a whole loaf of bread. $6 for two slices of bread ? and the rest of the food soggy
Pizza is okay, but quality of subs has gone down. Doesn’t help that the website defaults to plain (e.g. no topping) when ordering and makes you select everything individually. Unfortunately we will be taking our business elsewhere.
If I could give 0 stars - I would. This company has charged my card $32.95 for a pizza that they NEVER delivered or either delivered to the wrong address and the manager had the audacity to tell us they were not going to right their wrong by not delivering our pizza or refunding our money - so I just assume they plan on trying to keep my money for nothing in return. We will NEVER order from these fraudulent people again. I have requested a fraud investigation through our bank for the charge to be deleted. Be warned - if they make a mistake with your order - they will not fix it!!
Lot of options steaks and pizzas are very good
Don't throw your money away. The wraps aren't even prepared with tortillas; they're just bread (as seen in the pictures ) with whatever meat you like and some cheese sprinkles on top.Avoid their wraps and subs, as well as their sides. Customer service is terrible; they put you on hold for an eternity, wasting your time, or simply hang up on you.If you buy your food from them, you will be really disappointed. I placed three orders with them, each with a different and identical food item, but I was still unhappy.Please save your money!!!
I ordered a late dinner because I was SUPER hungry and work overnight. I ordered 6x mild wings, steak/cheese fantastic fries, and 2 waters with a dessert. Now mind you I got my order promptly and they made sure I had everything. Although every thing was there reasonably, my meal was only half edible. All my wings were completely undercooked and I couldn't even eat them at all!I also wished they would have addressed that the order prices will differ from their handout menus by dollar amounts; as well as there will be a sides charge when ordering wings. Ive never heard of a business charging you one cup of sauce when you order wings or nuggets. Normally the extra they charge and if I wouldve known, I would've told them to keep it anyway. Waste of money and product!The reason I'm leaving 3 stars still is because the rest of the food I was able to eat was sooo delicious!!! I love pizza bolis now but will definitely be looking for honest location reviews before ordering.
