You have to order right at the door, before sitting in: no menu at the table. So you need any extra napkins? You should call the not-so-friendly front desk/busboy to give you one ply per call. Wanna ask for a doggy bag after finished with the eating? The guy brings a to-go container, pours the stock and liquids in it, puts the lid, and takes the remaining meat and solid food for trash, not a word of asking or explaining whatsoever.Never go back!

Not friendly at all! Walked in and the owner/manager had the balls to ask if I could not read english. Apparently they had made it so the bar area that I have frequented in the past was closed. Won’t be back for the mediocre food or the rude service

The food was really good, but we found a hair in the pho. W mentioned it to the cook who apologized and walked away. But my wife didnt end up finishing it and we left.
This review is NOT about the food, it's about the service. We have enjoyed their food in the past, both dine-in and carry-out. Knowing they had strict rules and protocols to protect from COVID we arrived planning to be patient, tolerant and compliant. That did not work out very well. After being loudly rude to other customers, the guy behind the counter began to take our order. Halfway through he interrupted the process to yell at a female customer about, "CUSTOMERS DON'T READ SIGNS" while tapping on of the MANY signs in front of the counter. His attention returned to us but he got the order wrong -- we tried to correct and he loudly complained about, "CUSTOMERS ALWAYS CONFUSE ME!" Then my wife ordered water to drink to which he said, "NO TAP WATER!" That's fine, she asked for bottled water and he yelled, "NO HOT WATER!" She pointed to the bottled water next to him and he understood. Then more confusion about did we order, "RICE OR VERMICELLI" and I decided we should just leave. Then he begins yelling, "YOU BAD CUSTOMER! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER!" to which I explained we had been there many times. This guy was just out of control and really making this a traumatizing experience. We escaped and dined at Pho Bistro in Centreville which was terrific. This was so upsetting I'm writing this review the next afternoon -- very sad.
If you're a Pho' lover ,This place absolutely a MUST to go To!! EVEN BETTER THE only pho' place that GOT HALAL OPTIONS too??????ALHAMDULILLAH !!!! Got seafood pho',chicken Pho, and the amazing "Me Fave crave" All in AMAZING BEEF PHO!!!" And all other good stuff in their menu...,Got me driving all the 3 hours ride just to get me my BEEF PHO' and don't forget to try their "WAM KHAAZHAAM SLAPPED YOU RIGHT ON YOUR FACE TO WAKE YOU UP ICED COFFEE !!!" Keeps me awakened to drive all the way from VA to Philly!!!!!

The restaurant requires proof of COVID vaccination for entry. All employees are vaccinated. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Viet and other Asian fares (Singapore, Korea, etc). The food is fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Service was attentive and pleasant. A couple behind us had traveled an hour to enjoy this eatery. It’s worth a trip.
