The hay a bad customer service they should pay attention to the customer but this people act like they don want to work
Dishonest place. I orders takeout several times from this place during the pandemic. I noticed that the bill was always a couple dollars more that what I expected. I recently did pickup and again with the exact same order I did the week before and the bill was different again. I asked for the receipt and then they rang it up??? It seems like they randomly add a dollar here and there hoping no one would notice. This is just a sleazy thing to do. I will not be back.
We ordered $90 worth of food. It snowed and the delivery never came. My wife called multiple times and never got an answer from the driver or restaurant. Driver claims to have dropped it off, but we checked outside for hours. We have a camera with nothing on it. Multiple people have been on the phone to get a refund, but they are insisting that we have nothing better to do than call to get a refund for our dinner. Won't order again. Order #30894811

Taking off 2 stars because they just jacked up prices by A LOT. 12 14 2021This is a terrific, timely place - rare for the Fairfax area. Recommended by neighbors and never let down. Try: fried rice, spring rolls, beef fried rice, sweet crab wontons, mongolian beef, hunan beef, beef and broccoli (the beef is among their best meats), anything shrimp. Orders are NEVER LATE. Spent hundreds of dollars there. Negative reviews are bizarre. Constantly great orders every time.
Used to be good, but now food is barely edible and they wont even give chili oil anymore. You can literally make a whole tubs full of that for like 5 bucks. Quit being cheap.. such a bad service. Not to mention the price rose about 3+ dollars and no more lunch specials. Much better Chinese places down the street, will not be returning here again.
I love this place. They keep my # on file and have my address. The lady taking the order is very efficient and always gets it right. The food always comes fast and is always super delicious.
I’ve been going to this place for years. I ordered from them yesterday and the food was absolutely terrible. It was very salty and the brown rice was orange. They added the orange color or sauce to everything, it was horrible. I called to let the owner know the food was so salty and gross. Her response was “ she will tell the owner” she is the owner and she didn’t care about my complaint. Way to loose a customer!

If you eat bad here please return in store and demand a refund they need to learn they can’t keep doing this
