I visited Panera Bread for take out lunch yesterday. As expected, it was quite was busy. There was a list of names on the waiting list. I was tired and beginning to regret my choice when a young employee offered me a big smile accompanied by a cookie while I waited. Brian was managing the orders as they were completed and created a smile on every waiting face. An employee like Brian makes such a difference in each customer’s opinion as they leave. Keep employees like Brian and customers will come back!
Today, I got the worse service at this Panera bread. It seems like all Panera bread hired unprofessional stuff and rude. The cashier was rude and did the wrong order. The runner make us wait 20 minutes because she canceled our second other and then yelling that someone else was my order when I told her that is no my name. Manager very unprofessional just said sorry doesn’t pay for terrible and rude service. I wish I can give them 0 stars.
Panera has lot of fresh bread/sandwiches to choose from. The place is always clean and organized. Pick up is always on time. Flatbread pizza & salad are perfect. They also have the best App. They have friendly team members.

Decent food but poor system.Food came cold because their system to text me when it was ready never texted me. Finally went up after 20 minutes and the employee pointed at two plates sitting in the end of the counter and turned their back. Cold breakfast sandwich wasn’t what I wanted.
I’m upset with the service at the location. I ordered online the money was taken out of my account I went to the store the manager accused me of place at the incorrect location when I showed him the bank statement. I asked him several times how can I get my money back, whom should I call. He just kept saying the order wasn’t on the screen and was it today when clearly I showed the statement from today on my mobile banking app. Just rude and not willing to listen at all I am not out of money and didn’t get any food. Customer service at this location is gross and disturbing.
A delightful, cozy little Panera. A little pricey, as Panera often is, but it's right next to a movie theatre, so nice place to grab lunch or dinner before a film, or maybe chat about the movie after with some Danishes and coffee.My meal was also done impressively fast despite their having a staff shortage when I was there.In the end though, it's Panera, it hasn't changed much in 20 years ?
Catering lunch ordered for another office (thank you lunch) to be delivered bt 11:45 - 12 pm. Office called me to find out if it was cancelled - so embarassing! It arrived at 12:45pm and they had 15 minutes to eat... this is not okay. Manager called to apologize 2 days later and said they were busy with a larger order and blamed on the driver. Doesn't make it right and does this mean that smaller orders (for 11 people) don't get delivered on time? Order was placed 1 day in advance- not reliable catering.
My go to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fast delivery and good always good food ❤️
Delicious pastries and delicious pizza. Large coffee cups and a variety of drinks, a calm and warm place
