Great atmosphere, the food is great, not busy at all on monday so no wait, 9/10 would come again
Food is fine, like every other panda express but the difference is the customer service here is horrible. The small asian woman manning the register has absolutely NO customer service skills what so ever. Who in their right mind would hire someone who literally yells at customers?!?! I definitely would NOT be coming back to this location anytime soon and I definitely recommend people to go to a different Panda Express location if you can.
My boyfriend LOVES Panda Express. I wanted to order him a nice dinner. So I ordered his favorites: a big plate with super greens, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and sweetfire chicken. I also ordered 2 chicken egg rolls. Imagine my suprise when I open his delivery and I find a plate that is more than half full of white rice, beef and broccoli, and orange chicken. The shrimp were in a mini box and no greens or sweetfiee chicken anywhere.I attempted to call the store. After 5 repeated calls someone finally answered. I explained the issue and they put me on hold. They asked their person that boxed the order who claimed to have filled it correctly- must be a delivery driver issue. nope. I have a receipt with my info on it. He finally says they will make a new order , but HANGS UP ON ME.I CALLED AND EMAILED customer service, which also took forever. Not the lovely meal I wanted for my man.
My order said it would be done at 12:18. I didn’t even up leaving the place until 12:45! I didn’t even get time to eat for my lunch break.
The staff here are always so kind and friendly. They get pretty busy in the evenings and they are always (though they shouldn't be!) super apologetic towards the folks in line if we have to wait. We don't mind! I come here pretty frequently because the food is good, the quantity is filling, and the atmosphere is just friendly.
This store has management issue that still need to e settling down and keep changing managements. Long line, long time. Today got my order ready after 20 mins, and found wrong order item when I opened box..... not recommended.. only reason to go there is good location, not much choose for Chinese food. .
I always order from Panda Express when I travel and I just always impressed by the quality and consistency. Where else can you get super greens and steak entrees for under $13 ??? I LOVE Panda Express!
This place sucks long wait times employee more worried about online orders and not taking care of the customers in line. Food is old. Didn't not taste fresh.
Don’t advertise that you’re open till 9:30 and have the doors locked before 9:30 even hits. I understand people want to get home and food service isn’t easy, but I arrived 10 minutes before and the doors were locked…
Don’t got after 8pm you don’t have a lot of options left. Overall decent food.
