Quantity and quality was not bad. I just wish they had more vegetarian option.

I went in 3 hours before closing. They only had half their entrees and sides available, and what was there was essentially scraps. I was told they would not be making any more food for the night with no other explanation, so I left.
My food was good but the server drop off a pan in the food he just took it out , how many yerms got in the food and also he was on his cell you should be allowed in the special is your are serving food
The staff was friendly and kind. Foods were fresh and delicious.
I went to Panda Express at Fair Oaks Mall and Maria the Manager was rude. I asked for a cup of water for my daughter and Maria told me that there were no cups, even though she had a lot cups... And when she did offer me a cup, she told me that it came from the floor, which disgusted me. Maria is the worst manager I've ever met.

Coming back from Asia, this is not Chinese food, but it is the closest and cheapest you can find. The Angus beef is interesting to try.
Not bad..All very good.The food the taste and the atmosphere.They have changed some of the rules because of Covid maybe.No more napkins nor utensils free to take.The eating tables needed to be cleaned more as none of them was clean and ready to sit and eat there.Is good for a quick lunch
Always a great experience! They are under staffed and customers take that as an opportunity to verbally assault the workers when they can’t get what they want. I’m a regular customer and I will always be back! I feel bad for the workers! I witnessed a group of teenagers hurl insults at these workers Maria and Cherry as they were explaining supply shortages are causing them to be short on certain items. They always do a great job of helping customers no matter what. Please cut your service workers some slack guys. It’s not all about you, They are doing their best! 10 stars! I’m thank you for your service.
