Not a surprise that I’ve left 4 starts in each Panda Express I’ve been to..Food wasn’t the problem this time. The service was a bit lacking. Unfortunately, there was a confusion with the size of the bowl and plates. I’ve gotten bigger bowls and the one the employee was offering me was so tiny, I felt he was giving the wrong box — but nope, it was the correct size. He seem like he did not have patience with me, and had an attitude with me. That is a great welcoming to GMU…Food was just as expected. Orange chicken was deliciously seasoned and cooked. It was blasting flavors into my mouth! Chao Mein and Rice was actually a lot better than the other locations I’ve been to. Everything that I tasted was great!
Slow and never have orange chicken. I go here a lot and it's consistently bad

Pretty standard chinese fast food. Sometimes the service is ok, other times the workers seem rude and intentionally irritating. If getting below average service doesn't bother you, this isn't a bad choice. If you prefer to see smiling faces or don't want to feel like you need to apologize for asking for a bag for your carryout order, go elsewhere.Update 2021: 2 to 4 stars. The service has been much-improved over the past year after there were some management changes. This place can get busy at peak times, but they operate efficiently to get you in and out quickly.
I SPENT OVER 30 DOLLARS ON A DELIVERY ORDER I asked for greens and rice I got chow mein , other order had mushroom chicken came with NO CHICKEN and a bunch of mushrooms and less than satisfactory portions on the plate all around. Again with this plate we only got chow mein and not the side that I ordered. The bag was a sticky mess with food stuck to the outside of it. Their feedback number and their store number goes unanswered. Our food is nasty, wrong, and cold and apparently there is no way to contact anyone to get a refund.
Rude staff. Wouldn’t make more of an item they were out of during lunch even though I was willing to wait.

Absolutely pathetic, delayed my order for two hours just to cancel it
