Ordered at 4:50 restaurant is 3.5 miles from my house. Order finally arrived at 6:46, and cold. Owner just threw out excuses, busy, traffic, short drivers, sorry, can't do anything about it. Not very happy and do not recommend the restaurant!!
Ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños. The ingredients smelled bad and tasted bad. Plus it was expensive. Should've trusted the reviews ?
My pizza arrived cold. Late. It had toppings that I did not order. I ordered light sauce and it was loaded with sauce. I could not get through one piece. It was a cold greese bomb.
Ordered delivery online. One large pie half and half, and a chef salad. First the good, delivery was fast and the salad was good. Two stars earned. Now the bad, not sure how someone can mess up the toppings when they are clearly spelled out on the order but it happened. Neither side came out as expected. Second, clearly provided instructions where to deliver and how to open gate for a no contact hand off. Well written instructions and spoken instructions twice through my ring doorbell were not sufficient. Had to walk out and meet the driver. Anyhoot, I know times are hard, covid, etc, but if I plunk down 80 bucks for a pizza and salad I would hope for a better experience.
The pizzas always taste fresh and flavorful. Definitely the best pizza ordering place in fairfax! They have great deals too.
In my opinion some of the best pizza around.
I ordered 2 large pizzas for pick up. Employee Zach said it would be ready in 10-15 mins, I arrived 5 minutes early juts to make sure get the pizzas as soon as they come out of oven. They never made them and after waiting for 20 minutes zach said they will make them and I didn’t get them till 30 mins later and the cheese pizza was cold only the pepperoni was hot. The point of me not getting delivery and pick it up is so I wouldn’t get cold pizza. I told him it was cold and he argued with me that it wasn’t.. this was the worst customer service experience and it wasn’t the first time it has happened at this location. Not going back there!

Ordered online for BOGO on 9/16, #113. If you're gonna offer this deal, make sure your team can actually provide the service. I called in after 20 minutes when my order should have been delivered since the online tracker didn't move. On the phone, I was told " I don't have drivers, and I don't know when I'll have one back... I can refund you, you can wait, or you can pickup, what do you want to do?"I decided to pickup since I was down the street and my pregnant wife was already hungry. I get in store and there are at least 3 different stacks of pizzas piled 10 high. I asked for my tip back and delivery charge back and I was told he can make that happen.After refunding partially, he looks through the stacks of different pizzas and finally hands me my order.My final words to them were " I'm sorry they set you guys up." Not sure if management never had this deal before, didn't put it together that the Washington football team were actually playing(which means more orders) and prepped their teams with correct customer service skills.I don't necessarily blame the guys at the store, as I'm sure they're doing their best at the wage they are given. I just think next time, management and those above store level can learn from this and not have such a good deal actually turn into alot of negative reviews.
