I spent yesterday in urgent care with food poisoning. My mom and I got sick within two hours of each other and were sick all day. No one else in the house was sick and we do not otherwise live together. The only food she and I ate the previous day and night that no one else did was Paisano's chicken wings.
This is the best pizza I had in a long time!! We are visiting from out of town, I'm sad they don't have this where we are from. My 5 year old even really liked it I had to cut her off because she liked it so much an kept wanting to eat lol

Just fantastic pizza! We got a large half and half with chicken and pepperoni/sausage. Perfectly cooked and loads of toppings. Delicious. Will definitely return here!
I have been buying food from this place for over a few years now, never had any issues. Their food is very delicious, especially their calzones and sandwiches. However, I found a long dark strand of hair in my sandwich. The service has declined over the years. Some employees don’t wear gloves when they make the food. It’s disappointing, honestly.
After seeing this, I don't trust this brand.
We order from here regularly, as it’s less than a half mile away. Tonight, we decided to switch it up and order some things we haven’t ordered before. They must make the chicken tenders in house, I was expecting the frozen, chuck in the fryer, but these were really good. I also ordered a white chicken pizza and Stromboli, and won’t be ordering anything else anytime soon! Being we live so close, the order always arrives quick and kudos to the delivery driver for dealing with the access controlled building. We used to order dominoes, but the extra money is well worth the service and quality from this Paisano’s!
We like Paisano's pizza. We loved it in MD, we loved it here when we move a few years back. But, today's delivery experience was the worst so far...the delivery guy was rude, I understand lots of businesses are struggling with pand mic related reasons, (more reasons to go local, and we always do local)....but once you sign up for the job, the least you can be is courteous.The food was COLD, took more than an hour to deliver within 2 miles, had to pay higher prices than normal (due to pandemic), had to pay delivery charge for within 2 miles and on top of all that, had to deal with a rude delivery guy.... Unfortunately, we are not going back here, I am sorry, there is just no good reason to be rude to people. There are LOTS of local businesses around who value their customers a little bit more than this one. Maybe the ownership changed recently and they don't give a #[email protected] about customer anymore.
I have been ordering pizza from my Fair Lakes location since I was a child and every year the pizza just keeps getting better. I hear this is the original location in the region, but either way the pizzas are the best in Northern Virginia. I order pizzas from here weekly, and they are always amazing! The cheese is always gooey and expands like in the movies when you pull the slices apart. The pepperoni has the best flavor ever and the toppings in general...are all delicious and get heaped all over your pizza. Paisano's is one of the very few pizza shops that actually loads you up with whatever topping you ordered. Sometimes you can't even see the cheese and I absolutely love that! Also, the entire staff is always very nice and welcoming. Every person I've introduced to the Fair Lakes location...says this is pizza on another level. Had yesterday day afternoon close to the hotel wanted pizza.Was surprised that it was a yummy.Buffalo chicken was really good!!!
