Smokey Beech porter

I went to lunch with 3 coworkers recently, I had the beer bang shrimp and it was excellent. Another co-worker had a burger and he loved it as well as the fries, a couple of others had salads which they enjoyed and I thought looked super delish and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent, our drinks were refilled promptly, the server discussed various options on the menu and made recommendations. Just a great overall experience while out on a team lunch for work. Can't wait to go again.

They make a ton of craft brews and carry some other brews to choose from. Thier sandwiches, especially the spicy chicken, are delicious and the pork belly app is oh my my my sooooo good. But while this place is expensive, it is good for a nice date night.

Great beer. Friendly service.High priced food that is just plain greasy and awful.I ordered the Belgian style - Down Wit It.It was awesome just as described.Wheat ale with good aromas and flavors. And it arrived pretty quickly. The waiter was friendly. The gender inclusive toilets were clean. I guess there were just 3 of them. I'm more of a Men's room fan when it comes to breweries because that would ensure better availability. They had multiple TVs with multiple sports on them.I had ordered fried green tomatoes without the beef. The cheese and tomato sauce made it taste a bit sweet. I was expecting a more sour flavor. The fried pickles, although good on the quantity, the ones on the bottom were dripping with oil and the bread skins were just slipping out due to the grease. Didn't expect this sloppy dish for a 11$.

Stopped in to get lunch and beers while out Christmas shopping. Beers were really good, food was awesome, and locals at the bar were friendly and welcoming.

Good food and drinks. Plus brunch with Santa was fun for the kids today.

Stopped in for dinner and some beers with an old friend. This place is excellent -- you're thinking brewery with a food menu - no. you're thinking a restaurant that also brews beers - no. This is both - excellent kitchen, amazing dishes and some 'bomb' brews. Beers -- OrneryFest was solid, but the Down Wit It was excllent. My Key West fish sandfish and my friend's Nashville Hot Chicken -- let's just say, those plates had not a speck left. So amazing!! Damn that fish sandwich was good. Only thing I'd change would be cutting the fish sandwich in half, so that the fish doesn't fall outside the bun. Server: Excellent. Alaina was friendly and attentive. Food: Yes! Excellent. Kudos to kitchen staff. Beer: Solid selection. Very well done. Parking: Free garage, or possibly the street Would recommend: Highly!! Would re-patronize: Definitely!!

Beer was actually really great. Bar tender was amazing, great movie on TV. Everything was perfect. Wish I lived here because this would be my daily bar.

Didn't go for the booze. Just for food. Excellent service. Large portions. Very tasty sandwiches. Outdoor seating is too near the street. Noxious fumes a big issue. Regardless of the weather. Eat inside.

We went during the Fall Festival in the City of Fairfax. We sat outside it was perfect weather for it. I tried the Caprese Stuffed Portobello. I really liked the combination and would order it again. It came with very tasty bourbon glazed carrots and grilled asparagus. French Fries were too salty and nothing special about them. Creamy Tomato Basil Soup, extremely tasty and probably the best I've ever eaten. I like light sweet beers so I tried the Mango Cranberry Blonde. This might me my new favorite! Service - the waiter was very attentive. A negative was there was something floating in the bottom of one of the water glasses but it was remedied immediately. (it looked like a bit of food and I'm not saying a slice of lemon but could have been pulp) I just wish I could park out front and walk in to this restaurant/pub. I hate going into the City of Fairfax but I will make an effort to visit this place again.
