Honestly? Good pizza, but has issues. We keep giving them a try every few months, because the pizza taste great, but every single time it's always a hassle. Call Dominos or Paisano's if u wanna call in an order and have a reliably made pizza with no problems.1) The facility is dirty and employees sit around not doing anything, when they could be productive.2) Employees who answer the phone struggle with english, because they're all foreigners, and don't even know basic types of specialty pizzas.3) You can't even order over the phone anymore and pickup, because they said 3 people in the past didnt pickup their orders. You can call in, they prep the pizza, but wont bake it until you physically come to the store to pay, then make you wait for 15 minutes in their tiny parking lot until it's ready.4) The owner is great, his food is great, but needs to train his employees.
I was a little skeptical because it's was a pizza joint opened until 3am BUT this place did not disappoint. The pizza is delicious, ingredients were fresh! Another night I ordered wings, they are jumbo and cooked just right. Been to several places to eat while I was in Fairfax and this is my favorite.
Used to love this place but highly disappointed by the service. I called them to order 2 pizzas on a non-busy night. The guy told me 10-15 min and I told him I’ll be there in 20. I get there, the guy tells me 20 more minutes and looks at me with embarrassment like he forgot my order. No explanation either. Continues to charge me full price for what I ordered a special but since he didn’t tell me what the price was on the phone, I let that go.It took 45 minutes for my pizzas to get ready when the guy told me 10-15 minutes. Two guys in the back were just talking and chilling ever since I walked in and neither approached the counter until I rang a bell, at which I heard an agitated “Coming hold on!”.The owner is very nice and customer oriented (I’ve met him before) but his employees are useless.
We ordered manouche. It was the best. This is an all halal pizza place with the best food. Looking for a taste of home? Then you must try here.
I would like to shout out Omar the General Manager. I ordered takeout on my way to work. The sandwich was not what I ordered. Omar redid my order and personally delivered it to me on my job. Thank you Omar for going above and beyond to get me my food. Not many restaurant GMs would do that. I truly appreciate him. If you have any issues, contact Omar! I thoroughly enjoyed my food.
They gave me different prices for a pizza each single time, a friend paid over $21+ for a large pizza, the crust for that was super thin, seeming like they are trying to save costs on their dough/supply by giving less.Right now, when i asked what the price for a large pizza was, he said $13.99, then he asked me to wait, he said after i was waiting that the price (13.99), was the old price for the pizza and that he’ll give me a discount, so he said the total price would be 13.99 + tax = 18.something, WHAT?!!!Lastly placing this order took me close to 5 minutes. Imagine that!
New employees struggle with english on the phones when taking orders, consistently mess up orders because they don't know types of american pizzas, and take over an hour to get 1 pizza right. The owner is the only person who knows what they're doing here.
I previously posted on their website I think, but this place is awesome! Totally 5 stars. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was great. So much chicken, super juicy and very tasty. I will absolutely tell others about this place.
The guys at the NY Pizza Factory make the best food for the money! They are always on time with my orders and I’m able to enjoy my meals hot and fresh. Best Chicken Parm sub in town!!
I order a Stromboli Supreme W/Jalapeno Mar 07, 2022 at 4:23:3 pm to be delivered at 7pm.I only live .06 miles away from NYPF but didn't feel like getting out today.My order arrived COLD at 7:29 with out jalapeno's.And I got a slice of chocolate cake instead of Tiramisu
