No real cutlery, order only via scanning qr code, a $12 chicken Caesar salad which has 3 pieces of chicken breast and some random sundried tomatoes. Really filthy under the benches. avoid. Surly customer service. Close this place. The one in old town Alexandria is a million times better. Go there.
Loved their chicken, hot peri-peri sauce is da bomb. Chicken was very fresh and tasty. I only wish they have a location in SoCal.
Ate at the Toronto, Canada ON?? location of Nando’s PERi-PERi and food and atmosphere was great! I’ll check out this location since I’m hip to what this restaurant is about
chicken was a bit dry. grilled sweet potato almost flavorless. sangria was meh at best. overall for the price not worth it.
I've eaten at many Nando's restaurants, several in the Washington DC area. The quality and taste of the food at this specific Nando's restaurant in Fairfax is however exceptional! I had a chicken burger and it was probably the best I've had at any Nando's in US. The service level was also excellent. Our server, Rio, went out of his way to ensure we felt welcome and that our customized orders were exactly as we requested. We'll done! We'll be back.
Great venue, delicious food, decent service and price! Have been to this place many times snd have always enjoyed my food! Highly recommend.
Chicken are a bit dry. The place is nice and clean. Their rice is perfect combo. The employees are nice. Maybe the chicken was overcook that’s why it’s dry.
I visited nando’s after around 15 years and it did indeed was different to what I had in mind. They are managing everything in a way so you get the least interaction with the employees. Before they used to serve ice-cream as well amd food quality used ri b
Good food and atmosphere. Noticed a problem with my plate, and the manager took it back and offered me a benefit for next time. A little pricey, and wouldn't go there a lot, but the flavors are always good.
If you want $3.49 smart waters, decent food and non-existent customer service then the Nando’s in Mosaic is for you.We have visited multiple establishments in the area and have been pleasantly pleased by the customer service and quality of the food so when we walked by Nando’s and they hardly had anyone inside we were shocked. This should have been a clue.We were barely greeted and what greeting we did get was not welcoming. We sat and the gentleman dropped of a menu and showed us on the little sign at the table where to scan and order. From there you order all your food and put in all your information and pay. And then they have a section for a tip that start at 15%.The customer service only improved from that point. The gentleman then Dropped our waters off without saying a word. Then another gentleman brought out the food a little after and sat it down, once again without any pleasantries. We asked about silverware or napkins and he pointed across the room. The Food was decent at best. She had the 1/4 chicken leg and it was good. My chicken bowl had chicken breast meat that was somewhat dry but not horrible. So the food was about 3/5.With the customer service the way it is I saw why the majority of people that get food at this location is take out. We will not be dining here again and with all the options in the area I do not understand why anyone would subject themselves to this location either. Maybe not all are like this but it is some of the most unfriendly staff that we have encountered. They are more interested in conversing with each other than any of the customers. I’m writing this while dining in, no one has checked on us and as we leave no one has acknowledged that. We are walking out the doors for the last time.
