Today, we ordered 2 pizzas and waited for over 40 minutes before getting them. There needs to be a better way of managing huge orders from 1-2 people so that such a bottleneck does not happen. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and we will not be returning for a while.
Visited here with my Fiancée and Mom. My fiancée's first time. We all had a salad and shared pizza. Everything was so good. The location is large and had lots of seating. Clean location. The staff was great, they did a good job with our food.Their salad is huge, worth it. But I feel like the pizza toppings are less generous and more limited than Blaze pizza. But we still enjoyed our visit. This place is my Mom's favorite pizza, I am biased with Blaze Pizza (my personal fav).??Love from Kelsey and Lydia ? ❤️Visiting from Canada ??
Fast and friendly customer service.Clean place and washrooms.They're also quite generous with their sauces at the end.Expect some wait time for the pizza to get baked and also some more as the place gets busy during lunch time.Would've liked more options for veggie toppings. The pizza is thin crust and terrific.It also helps to see the pizza being made.I chose almost all the seasonings including garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper.The person who made my pizza added lots of mushroom and that was awesome.However, I'd have liked more onions as well. Probably should've asked for more.
The people who seem to be in charge were sitting on their phones talking behind the counter. I stayed at my table for about two hours working, and every time I glanced up, the girls were on their phones arguing with the guys, telling them to do more work and to not be lazy, while being lazy themselves.
Perfect personalized pizza and generous when it comes to ingredients. Salad are served fresh all the time. All staffs are friendly. The place is clean and well organized. The waiting time isn’t bad and reasonable prices. Their No name cake is good and size is just right.
All attendees are rude and not welcoming at all. I starting with saying its my first time there, they looked at me like"so what".They lost a customer who is walking distance, we were hoping this is our weekly spot but never going there again.
Claire was super friendly and provided great customer service. I made a mistake with my online order and she didn’t even hesitate to fix my order. Amazing experience!
This is a make your own pizza place. There are few of their own creations as well. The pizzas are made to order in a wood oven. The staff were polite and friendly. If you know the right combinations you can create great pizzas.
For a chain it’s pretty darn good. Not the best over ever had but considering how busy they get an dhow efficient they are, it’s quite delicious for “fast food” pizza, especially the crust!
Tastless pizza, wrong pizza served, slow and poor service. Heard lots of good things about this place and highly disappointed. I don’t think I’ll ever go there again.
