I went to this location Friday and picked up a bowl from fair oaks mall I live about 30 mins away from the mall when I got home I was eating my food and I found a long strand of hair in it. The person who had served me was first a guy then a woman took over for the toppings. I was disgusted and immediately took images and tried to call the location multiple times that day and Saturday at different times not a single person picked up the phone the phone would just keep ringing. I then messaged customer support when my receipt came to my email and no one has bothered to reach back yet either. No establishment should keep hygiene at such a low standard wear hair nets or hair ties I shudder at the thought of what else they might get away with.
We had dinner last evening at the Fair Oaks mall location. Excellent food, choices and quality both were awesome. Would recommend the location to anyone looking for healthy Mediterranean food with good service. Will definitely be back soon.Mediterranean chipotle but way better than Chipotle.?????

I love Mezeh. Delicious and healthy. Service was great and Dennys made sure I was satisfied with my plate. Had it for 2 days in a row straight, let's see if it'll be 3rd today! :)
Today, we went to the Mezeh Mediterranean Grill located in Fair Oaks. We visited this place for my Son's birthday in January since then we have been there about 4 times. Their food it's delicious and the variety it's incredible. We simply love it! This place is by far better than Chipotle and Rio Grande. My kids changed those 2 places for mezeh. Also, Karen helped us to prepare our 4 bowls. She has extremely friendly, pleasant and her customer service skills are the best. We will be back again thank you Karen!Roxana and family.
Place is amazing.. caught me off guard and the staff and manager were extremely friendly and generous when serving.. if I could I would give 10 stars

Hi, I love Mezeh restaurant and I tried 5 different locations but this one is the greatest because the workers are friendly, especially the oldest lady in there, KARAN. I think that's her name. She is amazing, smiling all the time and really makes you want to come to the place again. There are 3 locations closer to me but KARAN makes me skip all of them to come to her location. The food is fresh all the time.
Had a great experience, Dennys was very helpful and had some excellent recommendations for a tasty first (of soon to be many) meals there! Highly recommend for Mediterranean food in Fair Oaks!
Great Mediterranean salad and pita bar. Having lived in Turkey for several years the choices and flavors made me feel like I was back there. The drink fountain was refreshing too...great flavors without the sugar.
