The manager does not care about the customer! I placed an order on my app, credit card charged, no food, they said the couldn’t find the order, even though I gave them the#! Manager could have at least prepared the order.. I left with no food and my card charged! I tried calling, but the manager did not want to listen to my concerns!Very dissatisfied with this place… it was my favorite to go to, not anymore.
Average. Dated exterior with modern hi tech interior. Restrooms were cleanish but a lot of fixtures were damaged with repairs. Our order device printer was inop so ordering was difficult.
Needed something in my empty tummy, and stopped here. Haven't had a McDonald's hamburger and cheeseburger in a long time, and I ordered one of each and a small fries. The service was pretty good. I mist have waited about 5 mins total. I ordered inside the restaurant. The good was good as expected. The restaurant was pretty clean and looked recently renovated. I think many McDonald's were renovated during covid. The employees were OK. Not friendly, not rude. They don't say anything. They don't smile. I am starting to expect it from McDonald's. Maybe it's a cultural thing. Starbucks and Bojangles definitely have the most consistent customer service. I always feel welcome at a Bojangles with friendly service, and I have eaten at Bojangles in central/southern VA, NC and SC. Starbucks employees are very polite.
So McDonald’s locations in the area, especially Greenbriar and Shops Lane, are engaging in THEFT and FRAUD.They will intentionally not fill McFlurry with full amount you paid for. Pay for a Regular? McDonald’s will illegally give you only a smaller Snack size, but put in Regular size cup.Unacceptable and hopefully they’ll get caught by someone who can do something to stop McDonald’s illegal actions.
Being unjustfully charged $5.73 for an mobile order that has wasn't 100% completely placed (it was still into the process of select where to pick up the order). Plus, it has never been prepared because they said it was closed at 10pm and their original closing hour says that closes at 1am and they collected the money anyway at 10:50pm without warning.
It's McDonald's.....the pit of the world's food source, but this location actually had decent and warm fries. It's been around since at least 1990, so they aren't going anywhere :)
I am always treated very good at McDonald's. Food is always good and service the best.
I think it’s one of the worst McDonald’s I have been. Employees are slow and rude, service is very bad, avoid this place.
Quick bite hot and delicious.
This is one of my favorite locations — the staff is always courteous and attentive which seems above & beyond for a fast food place! The food is always just right and they keep it nice and clean. I also like the layout; plenty of space and different types of tables, big windows, never too crowded.
