Worst burger ever, I ordered a normal burger, and the patty was raw, and completely covered with pepper, I asked for a new one, and the new one was worst, WORST MCDONALDS IN THE WORLD, I just wanted a burger, I had to throw it, I just ate the fries and the bread, I will never eat in this mcdonalds ever, and I suggest you to dont eat here
Food was nasty and burnt/ cold. We ate inside and the restaurant was dirty and the teens working kept cussing.
No more all day breakfast?\\nSince when did this happen?\\nUpdate 6/18/21: this store is the literal worst. How is it that you forget the chicken nuggets with a chicken nugget meal? And on top of that, you don’t answer the phone? How is still a functioning establishment?\\n\\nAnother update! 3/12/22: when I got the first window, the kid was on his phone for about 5 seconds, scrolling through something. Then just put his hand out gesturing for payment. I asked what the total was and didn’t get a response; just another hand gesture for payment. After my second request for the total I was finally provided with one. However, when my card was handed back to me, I asked for a receipt and the kid just pointed towards the second window and said “down there.”\\nAfter arriving to the second window, I was handed my drink and meal. But as shocking as this may sound, there was no receipt. And to top it all off, my order was wrong and there was no straw for my beverage. Why do the most incompetent people work at this location? How is this place still profitable? How is this place even still open?!
I absolutely love love love the morning crew here. The 5 stars go to them.\\n\\nIf I go, I usually get a steak egg and cheese bagel with a hashbrown with extra sauce added.\\n\\nOne day, I ordered the usual, paid and reviewed my order. I went to park so I could eat. Noticed the hash brown was not in the bag. So I scarfed up the sandwich ( I work all night so I am usually starved) went back to the drive through. I didn't get a receipt and explained that if they could check the order, because if I didn't pay for it, then all is well. They didn't ask for a receipt or to my knowledge pull it up through the computer. They told me second window and gave me a bag. That was easy. So I went to park to finish things off and found 2 hashbrowns. That was super nice!\\n\\nOn the other hand, the late night closing crew is pretty awful. I have only came out three times late night, weeks a part and every time I order, there is a guy who sounds like he just doesn't care, about anything really. I pay. He doesn't say anything. I proceed to the next window get the order. I know it takes more time that late at night (I used to work at mcdonalds ten years ago) but when I open the bag and look at the food, it is dried out. You can tell the burgers were not anywhere close to the holding times before being discarded. They hold the food too long. Which begs the question, if you are holding the food after they expire, why is it still taking 10 minutes to get it out of the window. Remembering the days of closing shifts, it seems like trying to get all the closing done is taking precedent over the orders, food quality and customer service. Just from a customer and former Florida employee perspective.\\n\\nBut, I do love the morning crew and they more and make up for it which is why 5 stars, plus I know it takes time to get the right crew in place and things change with time
The service is horrible. Stuff is not friendly, they cannot answer simple question about their job and menu. Asked one guy, he sent me to a girl, I asked her, she sent me to him back.
Took over 20mins to get through the drive-thru due to supposed system outage. However, they were able to process my online order somehow. The food, 1/4 pounder and nuggets, was pretty average and low quality, even for McDonald's. Not impressed.
They have the worst service and they tried saying that I was hiding a McGriddle but the whole time they never gave it to me horrible service
I pass two other McDonald’s to get to this one. They’re just always on top of it, even at 5 AM. Everything seems clean and fresh. I’m admittedly a miserable B and I have no complaints. Oh once they gave me a burnt English muffin but they just gave me a new one no big deal. Friendly service which seems like a luxury nowadays. Great way to start my morning with a smile ?
Forget your sauce every time.
