I have never seen the restaurant before but I saw it today and I wanted to try it here's what I found out:. presence of kids kept piling up in the McDonald's bathroom I am outraged. it is very loud and it hurt my ears I nearly had a ear attack. they told me the ice cream machine was broken I didn't believe them so I went behind the counter to check if the ice cream was broken and it wasn't and forgave them but their service was terrible. I attempted to purchase some of the furniture that was there but they didn't let me because I'm a woman. they gave me the wrong Happy meal toy so I will be purchasing sad meals from this point for us.oh no I give this place one star thank you for listening to my review
I was immediately greeted and asked "how can I help you?" I asked if 2/$4 egg, sausage and cheese biscuits were available and was told "not with sausage." I decided not to order it and only ordered a medium cafe mocha frappe'. I paid for it, was thanked and I left. It was clean inside and out. Lots of parking spaces. It's inside a busy shopping center and has a lot of traffic into and out of it.
The overnight employees are very pleasant and friendly. We exchange greetings and talk about family, news events plans for the weekend while my order is prepared. This McDonalds is extremely clean and always looks. like it's just been remodeled. I usually go there at 4AM and my food is always cooked while i wait, not sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be sold. One of the best fast food restaurants in the area
Drive true is a very slow process. Go inside if you wanted get your food faster. The drive true is one narrow lane that once you inside can't go back or bail out to go inside the store . You have a waiting line of 15 cars.
This place closes at 7 pm. Otherwise, it's just as good as other Mc Donald's.
The person that takes orders at the drive though has zero skills in customer service. Tarnishing McD's brand if you ask me. Manager at this location should really try the drive though experience...
Late night drive thru took an hour. Stuck in a long line.
This McDonald's is really solid. The food is ALWAYS fresh (a rarity at McDonald's, unfortunately) and the service is always given with real care and concern. I've been to this particular franchise many times, and I've never once had an issue. Highly recommended if you're craving some Micky D's.
This is why we need robots instead of humans working in fast food.I Ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese, no onion, 2 medium fries, no drinks. Easy. But they gave us 1 patty instead of two on both double quarter pounders. When I called they said no manager is on duty! They will have to call him to get the price adjusted. I don't even think I'm going going get the partial refund I requested for them nixing the second patty on both meals.. I was hungry, I just wish the food was right, but since it's not I should get a refund.Another time I ordered a breakfast sandwich here.. egg and cheese only.. 1st try they gave me a plain chicken on biscuit. Next try it was sausage and egg.. 3rd try finally I get a cold, correct sandwich.Another time we ordered the 2 quarter pounders getup and they gave us a chicken patty on bread and a mayo and cheese burger.Open every sandwich and count everything before you leave this drive-thru window or you will regret it.
