Terrible customer service. I went through the drive through yesterday. There was an older hispanic lady employee (looks like manager) she handed me my food, I asked for 3 sauces. Ketchup, mayo and sweet and sour. She handed me only sweet and sour first time and doesn't get the rest. I asked again for ketchup and mayo. She gave me a bad look as if she was annoyed or angry... I checked the bag again and she didn't place the ketchup inside it. So I ask again for ketchup. I got another bad look, not a single wordfrom her behalf only a bad look. She was even rude placing the sauces in the bag. Kind of almost threw it inside.
Garbage experience; drive through person that couldn't find an order and lied about being able to accept online orders. Cold fries, a dr pepper instead of a coke which was seemingly done purposefully because they had to do extra work to do the order. Attempted to tell me to go back through the 12 car drive thru for food I had already been waiting on. Would give 0 stars if possible; if you have a choice between this and any other mxdonalds never choose this one.
I just ordered a big breakfast and a small orange juice and I was told to pull to the second window with the total. When I get to the second an employee wants to argue with me telling me to pull back around and my order was not taken. Then he tells me to pull into spot number 1, he looked like the manager. I will not be coming back, customer service is absolutely horrible. Then the got my order wrong with no orange juice and another employee wants to argue saying you had no hotcakes, but you gave me hotcakes and asks for my receipt. Are you serious?!!!

Finally a McDonald's that gets it right...fast food that is FAST and CORRECT are two of my favorites. Fries are supposed to be hot and fresh. This location is my new go to for great FAST service and accuracy.
My fiancée placed a mobile order and they told her that she needed to pay again! She was charged twice. The spicy crispy chicken sandwiches were not even crispy, fries were cold, and everyone that works here clearly doesn't know how to do their job.
Best McDonald's in the area!!! The reviews are not doing this location justice. I live near the Fair Lakes location & that has the be the WORST location ever. We purposely drive to this location to avoid cold or the wrong food from the Fair Lakes location. Every time we go here we get to deal with friendly employees & they ALWAYS give us hot food. I have never had an incorrect order ever from here. We especially love the fact that there are 2 drive thru's so we aren't stuck waiting behind someone who acts like they don't know how to read a menu. Very much appreciate dealing with friendly people versus the rudeness they have working for the Fair Lakes location. Trust me, go here!

The people working here are idiots, they won’t listen correctly when you order your food and then they’ll make you wait longer for your order cause they messed up. Not worth coming here.
