Great food and good customer service. I love the Savannah Salad, the Italian sandwich and the Jalapeno Crunch sandwich.
Food poisoning after eating lunch here around 1:30pm, 3/25/22. Food ordered: choose two: max spud and the roast beef with horseradish sandwich. I really like this chain and their food options. The service was good. The end results were not.
Sunday afternoon lunch order: busy and full of incompetent staff. Waited 30 minutes for the most basic a$$ order. Then watched our meal sit on their serving sill for another 10 minutes. Old lady up front running around clueless, they couldn’t even find tables to serve other peoples food. I’ve seen dead people move faster than this place. We kindly asked for our order and we’re told “when someone is available…” it would’ve been easier if they just put the food on the counter for folks to pick their own stuff up. Feel bad for all the college kids needing to skip classes to wait for their order.
Started eating at McAlister's when they first opened up in richmond. They make the best club sandwiches. That honey mustard, delicious..
Went to have lunch with a friend there. Dining room was closed. Could only order online while the employee just stood there. Online sight very confusing, especially for older people who are not phone tech savvy. Luckily it was a nice day and we were able to eat outside. We have been meeting here for lunch once a month for a long time. This was the last time.
Pro, The food was good, once we received it. Con: Slow, inconsiderate service. Served soup and after we learned the spoon was not included in our to go order, I went back in the pouring rain to get a spoon, only to be told they didn't have spoons and I should go to another restaurant in the shopping center to get a spoon. Giant food is just around the corner, they could buy hundreds of spoons there, in order to serve their customers, or at least warn customers if they are buying soup that they have to eat it with a fork or slurp it down
Really loving their vegetarian options! This is their The Veggie sandwich, which I had with spudchips and a cup of their veggie chili. I first heard about this place for their huge, awesome potatoes. Those are fantastic, and so is their sandwich menu with a wide variety of options.Both indoor and outdoor seating available, employees wear mask, menus are visible while you wait in line and when you order. Drink sizes are big which can be pretty great, their medium would be another places extra large. Cups are plastic and recyclable.

I wish it was one in Baltimore. My turkey with avocado was delicious. Like the pickle too.
