My dog Handsome and I had a WONDERFUL experience. Dog friendly is an understatement. Katherine was our server and she was AMAZING, we were so spoiled.I had the Fried Chicken Salad which was hearty, tasty and amazing! Handsome had the Burger for Dog, which was actually a delicate beef, carrots and white or brown rice bowl. Handsome was also able to request a hard boiled egg on top! We’re both here with full bellies and licking our chops.Bring your doggs and your dog!

Great service, great atmosphere! Busy for a Saturday afternoon. Got cheese curds and bacon candy for appetizer. Entrees were bison burger with sweet potato tots, black & blue burger with umami fries, and country fried salad. Great place for lunch/dinner, for American food with an Asian flair. (Dogs welcome too, on the patio). In the mall parking lot, so plenty of parking without dealing with being in the mall. Highly recommended.

I visited on a Thursday evening to finally sample food so close to where I live. The interior and bar area looked clean and inviting, even if there were fewer customers this day. Bar service had a pleasant, attentive, and almost Chick-Fil-A like quality throughout my two hours eating. The guy behind the bar checked on me at appropriate times, knew when food should be arriving, and removed plates rather promptly. I ended up ordering brussel sprouts to start followed by pot roast and lemon chicken dinners and finishing with their apple huckleberry pie. The food had something of a homey feel to me and uniformly manageable and reasonable portions. The brussel sprouts arrived warm within several minutes after ordering. They had a properly charred look and taste to them along with a brininess from the capers and lemon. The cheese on top would have been enough of a garnish, but the croutons were crisp and added still to this appetizer. A little more garlic flavor would have put this dish over the top for me. The pot roast was cooked well and had only a couple of small bits that were mainly fat. The mashed potatoes were smooth without tasting of too much cream or butter, and the spinach retained its earthy taste as the garnish. The carrots could have been cooked a minute or two more to takeaway some of the crunchy texture. The gravy was not too salty or gluey and had just about enough volume to go with the other ingredients. The lemon chicken had a similar charred flavor as the brussel sprouts and was cooked well while resting juiciness at the thicker parts of the fillets. The cauliflower mash was just as good as the mashed potatoes, and the green beans felt properly cooked. A little seasoning for the green beans and uniform thickness of the chicken would have nearly perfected this offering for me. The pie had a freshly-made tasting crust that did not feel overly buttery in a good way. The thin pastry has a slight crunch on the top and pleasing to eat in its own. The apples were cooked properly and not over sauced in the middle. Be warned the huckleberry component comes in the form of something like jam consistency at the bottom of the pie with the apples on top. I found this combination interesting even if I wanted more huckleberry flavor. The ice cream was smooth and thankfully generously portioned. The total bill for these offerings stood at just under $70 including a refreshing light aqua fresca. The value in this meal came from the earthy, homey feel to the entrees and the pleasant service. I could see myself coming here to watch a game or treat family or visiting friends based on what I experienced. I would like to return to sample other fare in the meat category such as meat loaf and burgers and maybe one or two other desserts that caught my eye. All in all a visit I am glad I made!

Great food and atmosphere. Charming waitress

Great food, apple-huckleberry open face pie is delicious. I recommend you try the huckleberry haze IPA and the bacon candy. Jory was our server. She is the best, so friendly, and efficient. Great ambient and service.

I really enjoyed the food. It was a bit crowded so it took some time to order but when we mentioned that it was our first time there, they brought out a complimentary app of homemade potato chips which were delicious. We were there for lunch and I had a chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato tater tots..YUM! It was good! My friends enjoyed their meals too.. chicken pot pie and a Baja burger. We will go back!

This was our first time coming to Lazy Dog and I must say we had an AMAZING experience! The food and drinks were awesome but most importantly the service was top tier! Our server Zach was so friendly and welcoming from the beginning to the very end. He gave great drink options to try which were delicious and he continuously checked on us to make sure we were straight. If you happen to come to this location make sure you ask to sit in Zach’s section, you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely back!

Have been here several times, and LD never disappoints. Broad menu. Awesome food and drinks. House brews are flavorful and well crafted (Melvin Brewing). Cabin/lodge type atmosphere is very comfortable with several different seating experiences available, including indoor/outdoor dog-friendly patio with fire pit. Wait and bar staff go beyond just being nice to really engaging to make it a great experience. Our waiter Zach was best yet. We joined the beer club a couple months ago and have found it to be well worth it. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. This is our go-to place to bring local friends and out of town family/guests.

I had a great first time experience! Service was awesome, the waiter was super friendly, attentive and helpful since we needed suggestions. Their beers are pretty good, my girlfriend was sad about how small her drink was though. The hush puppies were soft and tasty. The pizza sticks were bigger than we expected and good. The black and blue burger was fire! We will definitely come back again to try the other menu items!

Excellent food and generous portions. My wife and I just recently tried Lazy Dog for the first time, we will definitely be going back. We got the bacon candy, it came out not too warm which was disappointing, I’m not sure if that’s how it’s always served or if they forgot to put it under a hot plate. The rest of the meal was really great though. My wife got the BBQ Bison meatloaf and it was delicious, and there was so much food that we had leftovers and it still tasted great the next day. I already Pot roast beef dip sandwich which comes with an au jus sauce for dipping. That was also fantastic! We finished with Banana pudding for dessert and it was also very good. Calvin was our waiter and he was incredibly helpful and attentive.
