My wife and it went there Friday evening. Wait stays has much to be desired. Stood around, answered pick-up orders (which seemed to be their priority). We had to ask for things, rather than the waitress checking in us. Food took 35 minutes to get, but no less than 8 came in to pick-up their order. I wanted a gyro salad. After inquiring about the meat, the waitress said they gyro meat was not very fresh. We should have left then....our entrees were okay, but Im not a fan any longer....

If you like cold pizza, lengthy delivery times upwards of 2 hours, and an unsympathetic response when you call and request delivery status - then this is the place you want! Unfortunately our experience has been progressively worse and we'll be looking to other places for family night dinner options.

Service staff is nice, but the quality of food is not great. The pizza has decent flavor, but the cheese is chewy, reflecting cheaper ingredients. Would recommend a higher quality cheese, even if I have to pay a dollar more. Two appetizers were delivered under cooked, but they graciously cancelled the one we complained about. Their french fries and mozzarella sticks are tasty. Nice ambiance, but more fitting for younger kids that are not so much concerned about quality.

it's nothing at all like a NY pizza dough is not hand tossed . It's basically like any chain style pizza . service was quick and cooked properly. typical pizza for a kids party etc .

Papa owns his ingredients for New York style pizza. There isn't anyone close to matching it. I usually mix and match extra cheese and meatball or ground beef with green pepper or mushrooms and they have excelled on all. Thank you Kings!

Did a large group order with them. They got busy during lunch rush and it was a few minutes late but the communicated well the whole time and it was worth the wait! Food was hot and our entire group loved it. Highly recommend them!

First time.. The pizza would have tasted better with more sauce (I recommend ordering 'side' sauce) Wings are similar with Domino's - I did enjoy. However.. there is nothing I would promote on the Ravioi appitizer - they tasted freezer burnt with 'zero' Italian zesty flavor.

Overpriced on the 1 slice deal. $4 after tax. for a supreme slice, is a lot. We are not in New York City here in Fairfax, and no more than $3 would be acceptable, even if you thinned the slice breading for 1 slice some to get there. Also, they need to improve upon being polite, even if only one person is there in the restaurant. The theme today in stores and restaurants has become to hassle one person if there are not others around, versus the rest ordering by phone or online who you only may interact with for a couple seconds. Very unfortunate that society is become so inconsiderate. I asked for a cup of water and the cashier gal goes off and does something else and doesn’t hand me a cup. Didn’t even ask me if the meal was “for here or to go” until she came back to give me the cup. Though it is a weekday, and the shopping center location is so so, this may indicate to me why nobody was inside the restaurant around lunch time.

We’ve been getting takeout here for years. My husband loves the pizza, and I love their sandwiches and fries. And it’s all inexpensive. But recently we’ve been really disappointed in their service. We sat waiting for our to-go order for 20 minutes, all for the employee to hand us the bag that had been sitting there ready the whole time. Today, we ordered a pizza and a sandwich. I called 15 minutes later to ask if I could add fried to the order, where they told me they forgot to put in the pizza on the order anyway. When we picked up the order, they forgot the fries and we had to again wait. I have worked in food service so I understand sometimes you miss things, but to not apologize for the mistake and simply act so blasé and unbothered about it like they do is such poor customer service.

The pizza was good. The staff were okay, no one asked me how I was doing when I walked in. I loved the artwork on the walls. The craft beer selection could be better, there was not much variety. The drink options could be better as well, I would suggest possibly adding in some natural or even organic soda options as well. I would also suggest adding a recycling bin, because a lot of the pizza boxes and plastic bottles are recyclable, yet I had to trash mine (when they could have easily been recycled). Not a bad place overall, but there could be some room for improvement. The pizza did not taste very much like New York style pizza to me, and the crust was too chewy, but it was fairly good otherwise.
