Top tier employees, who ever was working the line on 6/14/22 at 6:00pm was extremely professional, had a small issue and he handled it like a skilled manager.

So disappointed to give a low review of one of my favorite fast food places. There were a total of 4 employees standing behind the counter and the one making the subs was the only one with his mask pulled down to his chin. I kindly asked him to pull it up and he looked at me like I was crazy and said they weren’t required to wear masks. I said I’d really feel more comfortable if any of the other masked employees would prepare my food. It seems like a weird look on their part to be so abrasive about mask wearing when our area has one of the highest transmission rates in the country right now. Two stars for the kind employee who stepped in the complete my order and also changed his gloves after he was done. I won’t return to this location.
MOLDY BREAD!! The bread is not fresh. Who know’s how old this is. How no one inspects their bread and make food with it? I’m not going back to any JJ’s locations and will share this experience.
