Don't bother going here if you want a salad. Been going to this location for 10 years prior to the pandemic, usually getting the salad bar. Well at some point during the pandemic they closed. When they finally did reopen (couple months ago) they changed the unlimited Salad Bar to 1 visit. They have no notification on their menu nor did they make any attempt to inform my wife and I when we placed our order. We started with a small bowl like normal and when we went to get new bowl were were told its no longer unlimited. When we said we barely ate anything the first round they were very unsympathetic. An email to Corporate stating our our dissatisfaction received a return response of basically sorry no one told you but that is the new policy. My wife and I basically got what equated to a side salad for lunch, had we known the of the change we would have either gone elsewhere for lunch or piled high the plate.Looks like will be looking for a new place to get salads because while the food might be decent their customer service is horrible and they don't seem to care about their customers.
Went here for the first time in awhile and I was told they no longer do unlimited salad bar. The price is still over $8 and if you want to go again you have to pay another $8. Looks like Jason’s didn’t learn from ruby tuesdays. I can see Jason’s closing many of its location soon.
Usually we love Jason’s Deli. Today was the worst meal ever. ☹️ I told the cashier 3 times no cheese on my husband sandwich. I also told him my husband would be upset if there was cheese on it. We get home and there was cheese on the expensive sandwich. Big waste of $$$ because the sandwich was thrown away. My sandwich lack meat, which is not like Jason Deli. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.I tried to contact the Fair Lakes location, but the phone continuously ring until someone took it off the hook to stop the ringing.
Jason’s Deli is a good restaurant to take a lunch break at, perfect for an after church meal with your friends. But for the information, here we go.Overall, the food was decent. The only things were as you can see from this photo was that my friend ordered a kids pepperoni pizza (Hey Wyatt) and this was his pizza. It was very undercooked and only had cheese and pepperoni on it- no sauce. This was highly oFfEnSiVe. I ordered from the salad bar and their banana peppers were not ripe at all. They were too hard and tasted like soap. Thank you for reading.iN cOnCluSiOn, Jason’s Deli is a decent place to go to for a decent meal. It’s pretty averagely clean, tasty i guess, and worth the price. Nice potato subs tho. I took the rating of all of my companions and the average was 3 stars. Good family restaurant. Now go watch Shrek or something
Great Salad Buffet, the change to one visit to the salad bar kind of sucks, but for the price it is well worth it.
Delish! Everything I was looking for.
Great customer service here. Great sandwiches too!
The first time I went to a Jason's Deli was in Savannah GA. I was amazed by their super-sized baked potatoe. The salad was OK from what I remember. That was a few years ago. Today I decided to give it another try and went to this location. The place is very clean and the employees are nice. The ladies bathroom was not as clean because some people didn't flush and they peed on the seat! Gross. I ordered the Mesa Chicken Salad and The Plain Jane Potato. I forgot to ask for butter with my baked potato. Fortunately I got carryout and lot sticks of happy cow butter waiting for me at home. I got the "lighter" portion on both items. The baked potato definitely would have tasted better first baked... not after it was transported to home in the car. The salad was nothing special with very few chicken pieces. I was ok with that since I'm not a big meat eater. For what I got plus 20% tip, the total came to a little over $20. I guess the price is somewhat reasonable since I ordered 2 items plus tip. This is not high quality food but it is a nice change from the typical fast food. They have a salad bar, drink station and free soft serve ice cream. Bring your kids! My finicky dogs didn't want the food but were curious because the smelled the melted butter I added to the baked potato.
Bought spicy seafood gumbo soup and it was very bland and no taste. I had to trash it. I have had the same soup at other locations and it tastes much better.
I'm very happy to see that this location has reopened. This is our go to play with the family.
