First off, they have real physical menus that you can hold and read.Service was spectacular. The dishes are well portioned and were absolutely delicious. Pricing was perfect regarding the size and freshness of their ingredients. The loss of a star comes from the soft drinks being in cans and that not being stated on the menu.Overall, we will be back.

First and last time here. The waitress was rude from the start. I should have known it was going to be bad when she refused to give us glasses of water, instead making us buy bottles of water. Then she tried to stop our 11 year old from ordering from the kids menu. She said it was 10&under but the menu clearly said 12&under. Kids meals were a whopping $11. The entrees come with miso OR salad, not both, which is unusual. Despite that the waitress didn't give us the option of salad. The food itself was underwhelming for the price we paid. It's not uncommon to see a 15-18% tip automatically added for parties of 6 or more. This place instead adds 20% for parties of 5 or more. Not surprisingly, they incorrectly computed it on the post-tax amount, and refused to recalculate based on the pre-tax amount when we pointed out the error. All in all this was the most unpleasant experience I ever had at a sushi restaurant.

I placed a pickup online order recently and I can honestly say that it's not worth the price. Their food is flavorful but the portions are small and their California rolls are almost the size of a nickle. Be sure to check your order before leaving. I requested sauces but they did not provide them.

We love the soy sauce so we can't stop coming back. We want to buy the soy sauce!!!!Unfortunately the sushi/rolls are average. Not incredible but the sauce alone is worth coming back.

As shown in receipt, I ordered to take home, once reached found missing Mochi ice cream, I called, explained, lady who answered kept arguing that no all there, and I tried explaining it’s missing 1 item, finally asked for manager or someone else, she responded manger is not here and hung up mid conversation, I thought may be it happened by mistake and called them again, and she hung up again mid conversation. Worst experience and felt cheated of my money. I will not come here. Also would not recommend their miso ramen (chicken), try the near by JINYA ramen bar, much better taste and much btr staff then this cheating business

No water, no physical menu, bathroom doesn’t flush. Good food though especially the regular rolls and yaki udon. But seriously only bottled water?! There are way too many good sushi places in NOVA.This place would be fine as a take out only place, it has zero atmosphere (outside of the occasional HGTV playing in the background), limited drink selection, and just feels poorly maintained. It’s a hard pass given the competition for sushi in the area.

The ramen is literally just a tossed salad and last night’s spaghetti. Charitably, it looks like a 4th grader made it. Assorted raw vegetables thrown into a bath of noodles and salt water. I tasted it a few times but honestly I cannot stop laughing at what was going into my mouth. If shaved raw carrot and hearty slices of red bell pepper are your thing (no egg, either), then order this bizarre glorified tossed salad and enjoy your authentic Japanese meal.

Came here before a movie and it was a nice sushi place. Service was fast and staff was friendly.

Try the Tokyo Downtown if you're up for a little spice and the fried calamari was very good too!

Consistently one of my favorite places in Mosaic. Their traditional rolls and speciality rolls just have a clean and flavorful taste. I especially like the pumpkin and sweet potato tempura rolls as a unique treat.
