This place was a real surprise. It is huge so do not be put off by a full parking lot. The breakfast menu is huge and a great value. A must go,
This is one of the best ihops I have been to so far. Large with plenty of seating, booths, parking and outdoor dining. It’s in a nice spot with its own parking lot and trees around it. The staff are nice.

This is my second time dining at IHOP, I must say that the second time around was much better than the first. As usual, the food was very good. Kudos to Alex, the manager. Very professional and courteous. Thank you for everything Alex. Keep up the good work, the world needs more people like you in it.
Delicious food, but unfortunately, I could see about 5 staff members working without a mask on, including the one who served us, and it made me really uncomfortable. It was the first time I've been to a place where staff were not following such a basic safety procedure.
I mean, it's IHOP, what are you really expecting. Service was a little slow for being very empty at time of visit. Food was good though.
Always have good food and great service. Just started going there about 3 months ago.
