We went for mother's day dinner. Took advantage of the yelp wait list and they were ready for us when we arrived. The manager and our server were attentive and very nice. The food came out fast and things are run very efficiently. The broth was flavorful (I had the Tom Yum) and all the proteins and veggies were fresh and good quality. We will definitely be back!

I have been eating here and ordering takeout regularly for the past three years. I have seen the quality of the ingredients fluctuate, but today I had the displeasure of finding very sharp bones in the sliced ribeye. The bones pierced the gums of me and my family, causing bleeding after we ate the ribeye that we expected to be boneless. Appetite killer.I understand this is a rare and unusual occurrence, but it speaks to me about the quality control issues that this establishment faces. To make things worse, THE MANAGER HAD ME DRIVE BACK TO THE RESTAURANT AND BRING THE BONES WITH ME IN ORDER TO PROVE I WASN'T LYING. I expect a better consumer experience from businesses that have sold me something that physically injured me and my loved ones.Honestly, just unacceptable.

This is an unassuming place that serves awesome hot pot with great ingredients! Portions were generous and reasonably priced - their cocktails were good too! Service was great!

Food was great, the meat and broth was flavorful and we enjoyed the selection on the menu. Ordering was a bit of a hassle, but we *were* there during the Saturday dinner rush, to be fair. Don't sit on the bar top unless you're alone or a party of 2 max, we had 4 and it was too loud for everyone to converse. But it was good overall!!

The food is always good. The music is pumping. The vibe is perfect. We were so excited to be back after a rona hiatus, that I forgot to take pics of the food before we dumped it in the pot of broth. It’s my numero uno hot pot place to go to.Staff are friendly, attentive and professional and food is consistently good. Will say the wait time could be long because it’s really popular, so be prepared for a wait if it’s a wknd.

We had a great time here. Several in our party were first-timers and they all had a great time. Nandin really took care of us and had some great suggestions. Food and atmosphere were great even if we were the loudest table in the restaurant! Would love to come back.

Loved the food and atmosphere didn't particularly like our server as she just seemed irritated that we didn't know how to start the ordering process of hotpot it was our first time other then that it was a incredible dinner, there was a young gentleman who helped us understand the process and even accommodated my little one

The food is good and worth the price in my opinion, but the staff don't enforce health protocols that are posted within the restaurant itself. For example, there are several signs about a mask requirement in the sauce area, but during my meal several groups of people got up from their seats and went there without masks. If these rules were more enforced, my review would be significantly higher.

Delicious food, HUGE portions, nicely mixed drinks, and there-when-you-need-them service. Highly recommend to give Hot Spot a go.
