My husband and I LOVE this restaurant! It is one of our favorites in the Mosaic District and in NOVA. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a date night or a night out with friends and family. Everyone working in the restaurant is friendly and attentive to your needs. The food is awesome! For two people, we order one Wagyu Truffle Fried Rice to share and 5-6 meats. The meats that I recommend are the Garlic Scallops, Garlic Shrimp, Garlic Pork Belly, Duck Breast, Garlic Chicken Thighs, and the Outside Skirt. We also really like the Nanban Karage and the Seafood Korean Pancake. Everything we have tried has been so delicious I don't think you will be disappointed with whatever you choose. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice quality meat but pretty pricey for the quantity of meat for each order. You can look at spending about $100 per person with drinks. Our waitress did a wonderful job cooking for us and she was super attentive and cleaned the table. Not a single piece of trash was ever left on the table and plates were removed and replaced constantly. Great customer service! Food was superb... service was superb. The price was pretty high even more than justifiable for the quality of the food and the service. Each order may not be pricey but it added up quickly!

The server is nice.. I think his name is Daniel(sorry if I am wrong).he explained clear and well to our table..such as the cooking time of meat on the grill for the best taste. all recommendations are great! Nice decor and clean restaurant..I recommend Takoyaki and baked lobster roll , it is so delicious. And the chicken breast is juicy..(Average per person$50 )I spending a good time with my friends at Gyu Shige . Will visit again..
Wow, this is my first Japanese BBQ experience. The meat is top quality, appetizers are delicious we had sushi(lobster roll) the cocktails aren’t as strong. We waited close to an hour, suggest making reservations to avoid the wait. The customer service is top tier everyone here is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. This is a high energy, upbeat, and celebratory restaurant, many birthdays were honored. Our waiter Jesh was the best he made my first experience worth the wait. Very clean establishment in an great location I recommend trying it out, I will return.

A real great restaurant. Everything is fresh & delicious. the A5 Wagyu is something else to experience. We've been 2 times with my family & our boys plenty of times. We enjoyed the Crepe mille crepes dessert too. 5 ⭐
