This is my second time dinning here and for the second time I have received dirty silverware and cups. I can understand maybe once but it has been twice. Then on top of that, my card was used to pay for another tables bill which I don’t appreciate: Nothing was offered to remedy the situation except for my card to be charged again for the correct price. When the server provided my bill to the table it was the correct bill. He took upon himself to charge us for a bill I did not authorize. I was reassure my money will be back in my account within 3 to 5 days. I don’t appreciate the fact my card was even charged for a bill that I didn’t agree to. I spoke to the manager and I don’t think he fully understood my card was charged from over $200 because his serve made a mistake . At no point was anything offered as a sorry for the mistake. Instead I was offered a I hope you understand . I won’t be back here again. There was no customer service recovery at that point and I won’t be back. I’m so not happy about this experience. Where was the customer recovery in this situation ?
Great place for Mexican food cravings! We decided to come early in the week before the Cinco de Mayo rush :) Tacos Al Pastor were delicious, as well as the Carne Asada tacos. Our friends both got the Steak Fajitas and devoured it. We also had Queso con Chile and Queso Fundido for apps, and also gorged on chips & salsa. Everything was super yummy! The service was really good, too. I love that they open up the doors in the back so it’s perfect when the weathers nice. No complaints here :)
Excellent food and service. They accidentally brought me the wrong dish but within minutes had brought me the correct dish. Awesome attitudes from everyone. Great tasting hot food, well seasoned. I'll definitely be back.
I ordered the tamales. It came with rice and beans. Overall the food was very good and will definitely come again. One thing is that the tamales were slightly overcooked, it did not detract from the taste, just the texture. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. Overall with the service, the food, and ambiance I give it 5 stars.
Excellent service and food. I think Tex-Mex really only gets so good, but this is probably the best place I have been to. The free chips and salsa were amazing. The give you two salsas, one cold and chunky (best salsa ever) and one warm and more watery, which I didn’t care for. We had the bacon wrapped shrimp and grilled steak burrito. Both were very good. The main dining room is like a great hall with really high ceilings. They break out conga drums for happy birthday songs. Fun place to eat with good food and service.
I get the feeling that they have forgotten the ethnic magic. The tortilla press is a nice reminder of old style but the food is showing signs of a higher priced fast food chain
Food and service are both consistently wonderful here. This is one of the few restaurants where you will want to tip the servers well. The food comes out very fast, so you're not waiting more than 10 minutes for your family's meal. As soon as you're done eating, the busboys immediately clean up.
Went for dinner with my friend. It was a delicious and eventful dinner. Staffs were friendly and attentive. We went to celebrate my achievement, fun experience because they made me wearing the sombrero and sang for me. We had taquitos, passionfruit mojito, and a quails entree. Chips and queso too. We left the place full and happy!!!
This place is fantastic! Went here on a recommendation of a friend, the food and service were phenomenal. They kept everything topped up....Chips, salsa, drinks..and were constantly checking to see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend and will be back soon for more!
Friend took me this afternoon for brunch. The service was amazing! Drinks were well mixed and food was excellent. I have to honestly admit this restaurant provided the best service I have had since 2020 and I’m a store manager myself for a large international food company. I know our challenges today and I can’t say thank you enough for a wonder meal that I didn’t have to prepare myself. I am so glad I’m moving to the neighborhood!
