Food is good. Atmosphere is good. Servers are nice. Only problem is that it takes forever for your meal to arrive.
Disappointing. Fathers Day lunch. Wings were good. Pretzel and crab and burgers were very good. My cheesesteak was barely warm and my fries were cool and stale. Requested a half order of hot fries and they arrived tepid too. Waiter was nice enough to remove my meal from the tab. I'll give them another chance sometime but not too hopeful.
Lazy staff. Inconsiderate. Asked for a specific table yet they were too lazy to accommodate. Then waitress Andrea was so slow to check on our table. Took 30 minutes to check on us. Was going to order another $40 worth of food and drinks but not for that slow of a service.Nachos were good. Beer was average.Please work on having your waitresses follow up on customers promptly, especially when we're looking at our empty plates and menu, waiting to be helped
Great meeting place, great vibes... Fernando and Helen took care of our orders... Two hosts upfront with big smiles welcomed us, food was brought out fairly quickly, although the location was down teo servers, our group didn't even notice.... ordered ice tea and Arnold Palmer's... four in our group, we're loud and we had a great meet up... ample parking... sliders are great to start with...
I love gory days but this particular location has become the worst of them all! Service was terrible server was rude food took about an hour and twenty minutes to get the order wrong and ashes all over the food with the paper burnt in a corner, this sucks because i really like glory days but now I’m leaving hungry and disappointed
Why is it that everytime I order well done y'all make it super pink on the inside. These people can't even cook the burger right.
My fiancé and I went here and had a great lunch! Kevin was awesome - very kind, and recommended a great new wing appetizer! His friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and the food was delicious. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!
Great restaurant in Pan Am shopping center. Good food and varied menu--wings are fantastic. Have mainly done take out during pandemic. Reasonable prices and food has always been ready on time and hot for pickup. Also offer gluten free options. Look forward to eating at restaurant when Covid subsides.
I've been to this Glory Days once and a while over the years. Food is generally good and well priced. Recently ordered the ribs, shrimp, and tenders combo. Food took over an hour but was pretty good despite the wait.
Glory days is such a fun vibe, per usual! Our Steelers won, so we’re thrilled! However, it was our sever Canicio who really stole the show! He was such a joy and his energy was contagious. I was having an off day and he helped turn it around. Cheers to Glory days for spreading a little joy on a rainy day :-)
