THIS IS IT! I finally found an authentic shawarma. This place is legit. I've been passing by for years and never seen it. It is within VIU and it is GOOD! I tried the Shawarma and the Arayes and both were good. I preferred the beef shawarma but hubby preferred chicken. Whatever you get, you can be sure it is authentic and done well. I can't wait to go back and try more,, this was my trial order. Enjoy
We wanted for few times to get the family there for the reviews that we went through. Cleanliness is good.The waiting time is reasonable.Not everything at the menue is available. We wanted baby grilled chicken, not available.The kabab was okay, however, not close to the real actual one!The shawarma was not so great!We didn’t enjoy the meals that we had.We had stomachache after ! Which was not a great thing.I appreciate the efforts, but it will need more attention to the taste of the food! Customer service.It was not a great experience! I do hope they work harder ro make it better ! Tons of people in Fairfax county like Middle Eastern food!

An awesome experience. From the personal greeting to the delicious food and organization. This is one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Fairfax. The buffet was full of delicious options to choose from and was continuously refilled. The desert selection was excellent. All for a reasonable price. Thank You

Their awesome signage piqued my curiosity as I drove by one evening. Glad I stopped because the food is legit! An authentic and delicate approach to bold Middle Eastern cuisine. Fresh, crispy, crunchy, melty, and great service to boot!.
The chicken shawarma is very good and it taste delicious. There are two problems in this restaurant. The first one the time to make the food is very long almost like 40 minutes for a chicken shawarma. The second problem when I got the food, it is almost cold. That are two bad problems and I hope the restaurant works to improve them.
Global Bistro is absolutely amazing. It’s ran by a wonderful and loving family in which you can taste the love in the real Syrian food. Global Bistro has a variety of phenomenal Dinners, Shawarma, Sandwiches, and Salads. My husband and I enjoy the atmosphere and the family’s hospitality and the food which is why we eat at Global at least 3 times a week. Global Bistro is easily very addictive. We definitely give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The best and only Real Shawarma in Northern Virginia.
We had a very large family gathering in this place (25-30 people) without previous notice. The team was so great to accommodate us all, and their food was amazing!Highly recommended
