First time here. Ordered chili dog with fries and root beer float. Chili dog and fries were really good. The fries were small shoestring fries. The root beer float on the other hand was not good. Something was wrong with it. It tasted like there was Diet root beer instead of regular. When I asked for another soda instead, not worrying about paying the extra price, a smaller soda was given to me. Not too happy about that. Overall, I was impressed with everything else and I will definitely go back again to try out the burgers.
Love the food, but our last two visits (weekend lunch time) have been very slow. Today we placed two orders (burgers, fries, hot dogs) at 1:16, got our food at 1:45. Our second order (cheese curds, super delicious) came out at 2 pm. I like the food, but a 45 minute wait for "fast food" is 30 minutes too long. I understand staff shortages, but if the delay is that long then warm the customer.
Love Freddy’s, it’s a fast food smash burger type joint from Indiana. Wish we had more locations down here though. From the burgers, to the desserts, it’s a great place to take the whole family, the price point is awesome too. If you’ve ever been to a smash burger restaurant or steak and shake, Freddy’s will quickly top your experiences at those two places. They also have a drive through for those that just need a quick pick up as well. If you order, just pay attention to how many patties come on each burger, but keep in mind, they’re smashed, so two is definitely needed if you’re an adult.
The food is always fresh and delicious. I love your California double steak burger.
Line was really long in drive thru, it’s almost 18 minutes and the cars are barely moving so I decided to go inside the store and same thing for ordering to go. The store is busy during Sunday so expect long wait. The burgers and sandwiches are good and so their fries. I spent 27 minutes in this store for my orders. Weekend aren’t good idea to order here.

I like this one! It has the same old-timey feel as Five Guys and even the burgers taste identical (in my opinion). When I was there I also ordered the chicken sandwich which came with long pickle strips which I thought was cool. Either way the experience was great I enjoyed it.
I usually love Freddy's. However, your self-service area needed attention. Not only was soda all over the counter but my feet stuck to the ground.Now the food. Our fries were cold, my husband ordered the double bacon steakburger. Guess what wasn't there? The bacon. I ordered the grilled chicken with mayo, tomato, and jalapeno. They forgot everything except the chicken and bun. Thank goodness the shakes were right.
Iove Freddy's! First time I had it in Greenville - this one is also great! The Call Outs are fun, ice cream is absolutely delicious - their steak burgers are legendary! And my new favorite - cheese curds!
I loveee this place! I was craving a milkshake but didn’t want McDonald’s or Wendy’s but Freddy’s was close to where I was and I never ate there before. The customer service was A1, even tho we had a lot of questions the person at the drive thru didn’t get annoyed. I got the #1 (no pickles) and a milkshake. After I got my order I parked nearby to eat my food before hitting the road. LET ME TELL YOU. I never had a burger like this. It taste soo good and so fresh, it’s different. After I ate my burger and drank some of my shake, I really went back in the drive thru FOR ANOTHER BURGER!! That’s how good it was. Maybe it’s bc I’m pregnant but still ITS SOO DELICIOUS! Def going back and def recommend this to all my fast food lovers. 5 stars!!! I’ve always passed this place and never knew what it was, glad I tried it! :)
