Total and complete breakdown on what I ordered and what I received! Lots of lip service, but little sincerity on fixing my issue. Ordered a pizza with NO ONIONS. When I picked it up, guess what. It had onions on it. Manager could only say "sorry." When I got home, grabbed a slice and noticed a long black hair on the pizza! Called the Flippin Pizza and told them my problem and I told them I wanted a new Pizza, and I wanted it delivered. All I got was, sorry sir, we don't have any drivers available. I won't go back and I certainly won't recommend them for dinner!
I was craving a New York Style pizza and just ordered for the first time from Flippin PIzza. Decided on the Triboro Pizza and all I can say is AMAZING!! The delivery was prompt. The delivery person was friendly. And taste was awesome. Thanks for giving me a new Pizza place!
Probably the best pizza chain in the area. Get the meatballs as a side , best thing on the menu.
The pizza I got from them was extra burn don't waste your time or money not worth it unless you have the taste for burn pizza with warm canned Soda
On December 19th, I ordered a Pizza and Two Calzones for my family. I placed the order online, and received a confirmation, along with an expected delivery time of 40 minutes. After over an hour I tried calling, and the phone would ring with no answer. After an hour and a half I drove to find them closed.I found out the next day at 5:45 pm that the staff had an emergency, and the kitchen had to close. Understood, asked to be refunded to my credit card, and the manager asked that they be able to fulfill the order. Unfortunately we already had dinner cooking at this time.Since then every time I have called to try to get my order fulfilled, that I have already paid for, the manager is never there so the staff cannot fulfill the request.Today, January 14th, I was told the manager is never there, I have now called corporate offices hoping to simply get my money back for an order that was never completed.
Placed an online order at 2:30pm, when I got to the store it was closed. Now trying to figure out how to get a refund because my card was charged.
I had a small calzone and a long wait but it was worth it because the cheese was melted and the meat was perfect.the calzone was hot and ready I enjoyed the calzone
Gross, pizza had no sauce, pep rolls were way undercooked, and meatballs tasted like old meat. Kids wouldn't eat it and pulled off the cheese...zero sauce
My wife Ordered thru Door dash. The pie showed up not as ordered. Not even close to what we ordered. Tried to call the store to resolve the issue. After 10 minutes waiting as the phone rang and rang with no answer. We went thru DoorDash for a refund Refund given but in the end the pie is only edible by 2 of the 3 people eating.Biggest issue is they did not answer their phone.
We have been ordering just over a year, and this place is really hit or miss, depending on who is working it seems. Some days, everything it perfectly cooked and delicious; other days, the wings are undercooked and over sauced and the pizza is overdone. Sometimes it is delivered piping hot and other times cold, and sometimes it is delivered slid to the side and stuck together, evident and driver either dropped it or took a turn too fast.We keep ordering because when it's good, it's great! But when it's bad, it usually ends up in the trash. I think from now on I'll just order from door dash, and that way if it is horrible that day I can at least get my money back, because it is definitely not cheap.Attached is a picture of the couple of salvaged pieces of our burnt cheese pizza. The other half was tossed in the trash, too chewy in the middle and crispy and burnt on the sides to eat.
