Hamburger Burgers Fast Food

I visited on a Wednesday evening and placed my order online for a hamburger, hot dog, and little fries. My order was ready within a few minutes after the time indicated. They could improve the service by checking to see if someone has arrived for a completed online order. I saw a staff member place a bag for pickup behind the screen, but I did not know it was mine. After I waited for a couple of minutes, I asked about my order and when they looked at the bags they saw my name matching one of the bags. Overall the staff seemed relatively attentive to people wanting to place and pickup orders and worked rather quietly and intently from what I saw. At a glance the place looked clean and maintained. The food itself was consistent with a couple of other experiences at this location several months ago. My burger was warm, cooked properly, relatively juicy, and had crispy green peppers and cooked onions and mushrooms. The hot dog was likewise warm with the proper condiments and good taste. Fries were portioned generously (see bag picture for idea) and tasted as I remembered. I found my order to not be nearly as salty as I might fear for this kind of food. The bill with tax and tip came to less than $30 which seems tolerable to me for this area. I could come here to get a quick burger fix satisfied and get a decent value.

This is the best burger place in the whole world!!! I love the way the burger is made, crisp and juicy, the fries is also amazing, softness and all! Great place!! Will always come here!!!

The price is simply too expensive to justify the meh quality burgers and fries. At this point just go to a real burger joint for the same price.

Worth the money, but if you’re willing to drop $18 bucks on a burger fries at a counter service place, they should give you a decent sized cup for water.

Used to be my go-to Five Guys. Food is still pretty good, but service has taken a tumble. In one experience alone, the cashier decided to take a phone order when it was my turn in line to order. While waiting for my food, I asked for a bag to put my condiments in and he told me to ask for one from the other counter, instead of getting it for me himself. I went to that counter and of course everyone was busy cooking.

Hot fish fries and delicious burger

Pre-pandemic, we used to eat at this Five Guys every Saturday. For starters, prices are up 14% or so for the burgers, but OK, I get the pandemic changed things. Second, they paid next to zero attention to how we ordered our burgers and basically gave us the same sandwich. Third, they didn't put the little number stickers on the burgers so we could tell which one went to each of us (read everybody pawing through burgers trying to figure out which burger they were supposed to get). And finally, something had changed in the ingredients. An hour after eating, it was like I had eaten a Whopper at BK. I tasted that sandwich the rest of the afternoon. Ugh. We will eventually try the other Fairfax Five Guys, but this store is going to go off our "hamburger-place" rotation for the foreseeable future.

One of the best 5 guys location in the area; for me is the number one, The best customer service always, and also amazing people behind the counter. You are the best.

It was awesome kinda Pricey but you get what you pay for!!

I’ve never had bad food from here but today it was terrible. Both burgers were not good. Both had a ton of ketchup on them, ketchup was all I could taste and both were over cooked. I felt like I was eating at McDonald’s.
