Top notch if you happened to be at the First Watch in Colorado Springs. Sadly, the first watch in Fairfax is a meh… could do better. Service is plastic, food is suffering from the same malady as most of the industry - probably not hiring a trained chef. The details are missing - close but no refinement, no quality.
Very friendly staff and delicious food. Portions were plentiful and prices reasonable. I will definitely revisit a First Watch again.
Great brunch! Get yourself a “Lunch of 2 for $9.59” great half sandwich and half salad. Their pancake is good, just healthier than IHOP; although, they loaded your pancakes with a big scoop of butter. Get the banana and grain pancakes or the blueberry, it’s great!
The food was delicious as usual It's always a treat to eat at First Watch especially brunch with with friends. I ordered the Floridian french toast, the traditional breakfast, and a pomegranate sunrise. The fruit was nice and fresh. I especially enjoyed the kiwi and they didn't skimp on the tequila in my drink. I ordered a second sunrise and it was just as strong as the first!
Food was really good but come early on the Weekend because they are really busy. Make sure you check on your seats because I almost got forgot about! Good service and food came out in a reasonable time.

Always great vibes, nice food, tasty coffee, so nice staffs. One thing to remember it's crowded than COVID19 starts(2020). Be sure to join a waitlist online, at least 30-40 min

Great place for breakfast, brunch and lunch!The servers were super nice and helpful.Drinks were very nice and the food was amazing. Best things on there would have to be the pancakes and French toast.So fluffy and flavorful.Their Baja Turkey Burger was also very nice. Not dry at all and the potatoes that came with it were delicious.A little heads up though they have normal temperature milk if you’d like it added to your coffee. We found out they can’t heat the milk up as they don’t have a microwave (WHICH IS AWESOME! You know the food is fresh and not just reheated or nuked.)
We've been here 4 times and our last visit for pick up order was terrible. 40mins wait after the scheduled pick up time. When we asked to follow up on our order status, we were only heard that "kitchen is busy so wait". (No apology no care about consummer's wait or time) And the worst part is in the photo attached. I ordered bacado omelet for my kid and the avocado in it was just like that. I would doubt that they would serve their family the food like that.No consistency, No quality control then No trust.
