Stopped by on 11/15 at 6:25 pm and bought two subs. A plain steak and cheese for my 11-year old son and a New York Steamer for me. Within a few hours I started feeling sick. I had terrible heartburn, indigestion, and terrible stomach pain. The next morning my son told me that he had slept terribly. He reported stomach pain and thought that he was going to be sick at night. On 11/16, I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager to report the incident. I was disappointed at how he handled the call. He (1) explained their COVID-19 procedures, (2) told me that they handle a large volume of food and that their meats were not spoiled, and (3) stated that no one had called reporting a problem. He insisted that we must have gotten sick from somewhere else. I doubt it! My husband did not have Firehouse Subs and did not get sick.I insisted that something must have been contaminated. However, the manager did not bother to reassure me that they would look into it or conduct a full cleaning. That was our first and time eating there. I would not recommend them.

I went in to this FHS and was happy to see it pretty busy at 2pm on a Saturday. However, the service was too slow to bare. After 10 minutes of only two orders being taken and no food being called out as ready, it was time to go to the chipotle next door, where I got my food much faster. I don’t know the systems for FHS but the employees had zero sense of urgency which is the root cause of me leaving.

Good food. Good service.

So helpful when we messed up our order on Doordash and then yummy!

Friendly staff/ quick service/great customer service. My 4 year son loves the italian.

Take a bite and I'm greeted by hair on both half of the sandwich, completely disgusting.

This is probably my favorite place to get subs, and lunch in general. I particularly like the club sub, the bacon adds a nice, tasty extra crunch. The meat and cheese are warmed up just right, and the bread is great and a little bit toasted. The staff are friendly enough, I haven't had any issues with them. I wish there were a Firehouse Subs closer to where I live, but it's worth the trip.

It's been forever since I had Firehouse and I'm glad I popped in for lunch.

Clean, good sandwiches and the drink arcade is real cool, i can drink things that i havent tasted in years

Good snacks and a great staff working there
