Waited out side for curbside pickup for 15 min for the staff to bring out my order. The store was empty. I could see my order was sitting on the rack.I was on a work call so I wanted for the call to get done and then pickup my order from inside. Everything was cold
Worst service I've ever experienced at a Dunkin' Donuts
This store is pretty close to my home, and I like to go there frequently especially during the weekends for breakfast. This lady is so bad and treat customers in a tough bad ways and attitude l. She is not friendly, polite and respectful with the customers. Yell at us not only one, she always does that!!!
The early morning employees are too rude. You should teach them how to talk with customer

Not so sure this lady is a Manager or not. However, she has a bad attitude and unprofessional customer service. I have been visiting this store multiple times and I love the staff and the former Manager. The former Manager always welcome us with a big smile and care our order. This lady is not! Too bad, this is the only store in Chantilly and we have to come here.
As expensive as coffee always is. Frozen coffee machine was broken but the drink still tasted great. Mostly friendly staff. Croissants taste like paper :/

This place needs to train their employees to be effective. The manager moves as slow as a turtle. I have to be very realistic with this place and the experience I’ve constantly received lately.Lack of staff, lack of training and huge lack on customer service
