This man insisted that I didn’t place my order online and didn’t hit confirm lol. Only to then realize His printer ran out of paper. He asked me for my order three times and when I gave it to him he couldn’t understand or wasn’t listening. He was incredibly rude to me didn’t even apologize for making me wait for my order for over 30 minutes. All I had was an avocado toast. This man is completely incompetent and to top it all off he got mad at me instead of being polite and apologizing! He’s clearly in the wrong industry that’s not how we do business here. HE DOSENT CHANGE HIS GLOVES I noticed that while standing there for so LONG waiting for my order!! I’m kind of scared to eat my food it’s really disgusting!! I just left no point in arguing with this Man, i’m appalled by his behavior! after he eventually gave me my order I just snapped a picture and he said he didn’t care if I submitted a review online!
I ordered a medium cold brew this afternoon and the coffee is so bitter and not edible. My friend got the same. I ordered the same drink last week and I was in love with the taste. So I took my friend today with me but I was so embarrassed. Big mistake, I wonder why the taste is not consistent. Either the coffee is too old or someone has no idea how to make cold brew. Me and my friend had to discard the whole coffee. So disappointed with coffee and waste of money.
I came twice in the morning with my friends we order Coffee latte but we change it twice they did not do it perfectly . I thing the staff in the morning different than evening they always being late to preparing the orders .
The donuts were stale! Wasted money we ended up throwing most out. I think they may have been from the day before, Dunkin is suppose to dispose the donuts from the day before. Won’t be back....
Too slow for a Saturday morning crowd. Random guests coming and talking to the cashier as close friends, shaking hands, no masks or masks below noses in the pandemic.
I loves Dunkin Donuts They're made in a variety of delicious flavors and so it's easy to try them all.
I love this place. I go there almost everyday and Karla will get my order right before I ever start to order. She knows what I like and how I like it done. She is simply the best

Great service with my order of 2 dozen random selection and that Mexican who wrote a complaint about dogs should just leave the Fairfax area in general we are pet lovers!!
