I recommend it if you go to the right one. all of them are not as good. food is not always prepared correctly.

At 5 am , just one lady doing everything , she so friendly ,and like always the coffee and dounuts are great!!!
I went to this place today 2/27/22 the service was horrible. They made my coffee incorrectly. The place was dirty there was a spill on the floor. It made the floor sticky. When my order was ready the lady said she was too tired to scream or shout my name. I waited for a while mind you there were like 10 orders on the counter. She didn’t acknowledge me. I had to go through he each one to find mines and I came in person to order not through the app.This ladies were unprofessional and should be trained better. It showed they did not want to be there.I’m will longer be coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts.
I'm so sad to leave this review Because I come to this dunking donut a lot BUT oh my god ... Poor Management !!!!!The quality of the food is as same as other Dunking Donuts (only ok) but ,- They always get your order wrong !- their clothes are always dirty...!!- Always rude and with attitude !- They burly even say Hi .. ! (No Greeting! : / )- poor customer service( they have earbud an on the phone while taking order)- You have to clean the table by yourself !!!- Just two persons left in front of me because with three people working in the front, no body cares enough to get their orders! :/and the list goes on !!!!These are common sense even the manager doesn't care !!!I would come back and edit this review if they made any changes !!!
Had coffee grids in my caramel Macchiato and they couldn't get my flat bread hummas order right, left out the tomatoes.
I brought my son here for a special reward. When we walked in there was no one at the register and there was some kind of small fly circling the blueberry donuts. When a lady finally approached the register I already had my card out to pay, but she seemed to indicate that neither cash register worked. I asked to confirm if this meant I could not buy anything, but she didn’t seem to understand the English of what I was saying. My disappointed son and I left empty handed. As I was buckling my son into his car seat another customer who came in as we were leaving left with food. Whether for cleanliness or customer service I will never return to this location again.
I've started to have some time in the morning before work to stop in here for breakfast, and every single time my order's been messed up. This time they gave me a latte with no coffee in it, which I didn't realize because I was rushing out the door late. There was a manager or trainer of some sort there that seemed to be slowing everyone down by nitpicking their workarounds for the malfunctioning oven. For what it's worth, my sandwich was fine. I get that it's early in the morning and people make mistakes, but I'm not sure I can forgive coffeeless coffee. Might take the L and go the other direction to work to grab from the Main Street location, which I love and have never had any problems with.
