Is it really take 20 minutes to brew one drink?I don't mind waiting, but waiting 20 minutes just for 1 drink? Come on now,Terrible. Bad costumer service.When a hot girl come in, they make it real fast for the girl, but others, take 20-30 minutes just for one drink to be served. Very unprofessional
Terrible customer service and poor attitudes. It took more than 20 minutes to get one donut and a microwaved egg. The floor is sticky and there is a general lack of care. The coffee shop next door is much nicer.

Worst Dunkin in the area . Super slow service and they never bring out curbside orders. This location needs some older management because the college kids are not doing it.
There is no customer service. I am very understanding that businesses right now may not have enough employees. But have a system to take care of your customers. If the mobile app is too overwhelming then shut it off. There was a pile of tickets sitting there the manger or supervisor would just pick at random. So when I saw this I asked the manager about my order he acted like I was bothering him. He then says to meet him at the donuts, mean while he finishes an order again I was understanding. When I asked him why it is taking 20 or more minutes he ignored me then threw his hands up to say he doesn’t care and whatever. I will not be going back.
Very bad employees and Managers there
Back in the area since covid, ordered my usual sandwhich. Staff was nice, it was hotter inside than outside. But watched the one lady making my sandwhich drop a milk carton on the floor, pick it up and then go back to working on my sandwhich without changing gloves.Didnt think anything of it, got my place to eat the sandwhich and there was either some grease or mold on the croissant.I asked for a manager, the lady went to get them, but the manager never talked to me. The manager talked through the employee to me while standing in front of me. Saying it was the toaster burning the sandwhich, and they would make me another one. But if your toaster is doing that I dont want your food cooked the same way.Got my refund, wont be going back, this new management/team is not very customer experience focused...
I’m writing this review while in line because that’s just how long the wait is and that’s how bad the employees are handling it. Not even that many people in line, but they only have two employees who are either preoccupied or have no idea what they’re doing on a Saturday afternoon rush in a populated location. Don’t even need to get or try the food to tell this place deserves no more than 1 star.
While the shift manager is correct in applying the procedures, he maintains a hostile, confrontational, and condescending attitude in situations that could have easily been de-escalated and quickly resolved. While I commend his strong attention-to-details and strict adherence to procedures, I strongly recommend that he be transferred to a non-customer-facing position. The Dunkin experience at this location amounts to going through airport security: technically correct, but not efficient or enjoyable in the least. C-
