I don't go that often. Donuts sparce and not that fresh tasting. Coffee good.

Service is consistently inconsistent. Today, I received donuts and hot drinks quickly. I did not receive my breakfast wrap quickly at all. In fact, I walked out just because I did not want to wait any longer so I paid for an item I did not even receive. I seem to have most delays with the hot food orders. I ordered my food in person today. After waiting about five minutes, I watched another customer that arrived minutes after me order in person, wait for their food, and then get their hot order before me. I mentioned my delay to one of the workers and they indicated it was being prepared. Do they not use first in first out? If there was a problem with my order, why not tell me so I don’t have to ask? Recommend that the manager keep tabs on a customer’s entire order and not just the quick items.

I love Dunkin donuts people are so nice there. WiFi works great and love play music in background. Give 6 but a five will do. God bless. Bernard

Staff is extremely rude and unpleasant. Food was cold. Bathroom was filthy.

Be sure to check take out order before leaving. They shorted me on bagels.

Service is abysmally slow; manager often spends more time chastising crew than actually helping customers. If I order anything other than a coffee, my order is almost always wrong and the service response is almost never a friendly “absolutely we’ll fix it” but rather arguing and eyerolls (example: online ordered a latte with two pumps of peppermint mocha added. Received it with whipped cream. After explaining it shouldn’t have whipped cream, I was told that peppermint mochas always have whipped cream. That’s fine, except I ordered a regular skim latte with added sauce (2 pumps). It was remade, but with all four pumps and whole milk. I gave up and just took it)Store really needs to focus on improving speed and accuracy of orders. Improved customer service (not counting tip change while there’s a line of 5 people, not barking at people, accepting customer’s issues with wrong orders) would be awesome as well, but accuracy of my order would be good enough for me.Wish corporate would come in and assist this store. It’s a prime locationUpdate: coffees aren’t even filled to the top anymore.

Employees are often not wearing masks. The last time I was there one of them smelled my cup without a mask on and they aren't cleaning after themselves. Made me feel very unsafe.

Absolutely horrible service. The 2 working the counter were so slow, couldn't seem to get an order correct.
