This place has absolutely pathetic customer service. They gave us a pizza that was not made to order; whatever person making it thought it would be fun to douse the entire thing in their greasy garlic sauce. The other person who delivered forgot the drink that we ordered and quickly tried to slink away from my wife as she reviewed the order. He ran down the stairs, and as we tried to stop him about the drink all he yelled was "NO! NO DRINK!".I will never order from a Domino's location again. Nobody should ever yell at my wife like that and you should never be so dismissive of complaints. In this economy everything is expensive and messing up the entire order is unacceptable, especially when your "response" is to give me 20% off my next order instead of a refund.
I been having some unpleasant experiences with this domino’s. I have gotten toppings that i haven’t requested on my pizza. Most of the times I have order i’ve had to wait for ages to pick up my pizza. When ordering I am being told my estimated time will be 30-40 minutes. meanwhile my actually wait is around 1 hour. today i had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for a medium pizza.. unreal.

This review isn’t because of this location but Domino’s in general.Twice now I’ve not received the $3 tip back promotion coupon after fulfilling promotion requirement of $5+ order. Terms on Domino’s website say order qualifies even if using a coupon ($7.99 3 topping coupon works).I can’t fathom supporting a company audaciously committing false advertising. The pizzas aren’t that great anyway.Adding insult to injury Customer Service refuses to provide an answer on why I’m not receiving the promotion. Ignoring your customers leads to decreased sales.
I can’t make this up. We’ve ordered here countless times and they’ve all been fine. Today we ordered 2 pizzas and they were straight up raw. The pizzas were doughy, wet, and floppy. Basically inedible.
I order and pick up from this Domino’s every Friday, and they’re the best. The staff is perpetually busy but still manages to greet me, answer my questions, and offer me a free drink when my pizza is delayed. Not to mention they never skimp on toppings. Their boxes say “made with love”, and it’s the truth.If you’re looking for the sauciest, cheesiest, meatiest pizzas, hit up this Dominos, say “hey” to literally the nicest staff ever, leave a tip, and come back next week. Thanks for always making my Fridays ??P.S. Don’t know what to order? Extra cheese. Extra pepperoni. Premium pie guaranteed.
Worst pizza I ever tried is yesterday. the pizza was like a stick.. they may had issues with the dough. But they sold the pizza anyway. I have had even charred pizzas from them but didn't write a review then , as i might be the only affected customer. But this is for everyone who bought from them yesterday might faced the same issue. It is terrible.
I ordered a large pizza and parmesan bread bites. The worst bread bites I have ever had. The dough didn't raise and they still decided to give that to us. One of the worst customer service and taking customers for granted.
The pizza was okay. There was hardly any chicken on the chicken Buffalo pizza. It was burnt along the edges and top. The ham tasted weird on the Hawaiian pizza. Not a fan of the crust. The delivery itself was good, no issues. The tracking did say our pizza arrived about 4-5 min before it actually did.
Just ordered a pizza from here and had it delivered. After signing for it, I get a call from a random number blowing up my phone. I finally pick up and it was the driver asking why I didn't tip. I hang up and he continues to call and so I called the store asking for the driver to stop calling my phone. This may sound petty to others but I don't want someone continually blowing up my phone asking for money. I had enough just for the pizza
