This was disappointing! We ordered two corned beef and cabbage dinners for curbside pickup. One issue is we ordered at 8:40pm to pick up by 9:40pm food not only wasn't brought out curbside but when we went in still had to wait almost 20 more minutes for it. On the bright side we thought it will be hot at least so no worries. My real issue is how puny the dinner is! 3 small carrot pieces, 1/4 of a potatoe and 6 small cubes of beef for $18!?
We visited for Disney Trivia Night with friends. The place was full and loud! The event was run well and while we didn't win, we had some great food with friends. It was nice to be able to sit comfortably with a party of 6. With a variety of food on the menu, everyone found something to eat and drink.
I walked in here this afternoon and sat down at the bar. I was promptly greeted by the bartender who poured the beer shown in the photo below. Overall it was a good experience. I hope this review was helpful to you.
Wonderful Caesar salad and a terrific beer. Staff was attentive and made the experience enjoyable. Place shows it’s age a bit but the food was terrific. Would definitely go back. The beer was a blue hen Pilsner.
I came here and I ordered “The Pepperoni”. I thought that since it was pizza that it would come with marinara sauce, but it didn’t. My other two friends ordered the same thing and they also didn’t have sauce. So being me I open the menu and check to see if it was on the menu. What happens next will shock you…….It was the first thing in the menu. Hopefully I can come back and have the sauce on my pizza instead of having to dip it. See the pic? NO SAUCE!
First off, we were given a stack of small dishes to divide up the hot wings and ALL of the plates were dirty. Then going through the hot wings we found a soggy fry. Then the actual food came out and the hamburger and chicken sandwich were plain. Well, just burnt tasting honestly. Then we saw one of the employees carrying the clean cups stacked up and leaning against their cheek and hair. Seriously!?! Where is the cleanliness? I had an anxiety attack and had to wait in the, which is where I am now, because I’m so afraid of eating in public for reasons just like this. Not a great time between burnt food and dirty dishes.
Went on a Sunday for football, they had all the games and great viewing angles in the bar. Food was greasy and lacking flavor. Portions were large, but not good enough to even want to finish half. Beer selection was just your average dogfish head stuff, nothing worth going out of the way for. Wouldn't recommend or go back.
This place used to have consistently good food. Emphasis on the past tense. The kids Mac n cheese that was formerly great, was grainy and flavorless. The calamari that I once would go out of my way to eat there, was so greasy that the bottom of the bowl was a pool of oil. Unless I hear about them returning to their former level of quality.. I would not recommend the food.
