The absolute worst customer service ever. In the pic is a 2 meat combo. This is clearly not enough compared to other Dickeys locations. The bread was like a brick and need less to say after reporting this issue to the corporate office on the Dickeys website. The manager Jose ran up on me in a threatening manner and shouted this is not true with customer in the location. This guy is unprofessional and stay away from this place. As you can see with the other reviews this place has alot of issues food issue such as portion size and mold. I will be sending a email to the CEO to see if location contacted about this issues.
UPDATE: The social media team reached out within days of my experience and have taken action to resolve. MTF but do appreciate them reaching out. What a terrible experience!!I sent their team an email stating as so as their only response was, "Sorry i think so next visit is better."Yes, that was their response for poor customer service and terrible food with outrageous prices.I sent them another response in an attempt to gain clarity on their original response and got this, "What would you like us to do for you? , in our place and more than 200 pardons enter per day and they like our food . thank you for your positive comment."The arrogance is terrible along with the food.
I can assure u nothing was "Texan Size" here except the signs they post everywhere when they don't want to honor something or.make something. I don't know when serving sweet tea and water with a meal became a covid restriction, but apparently at this restaurant it is. The barbecue sauce is watered down, chicken was dry, slaw was a very odd color, fried okra tasted like the kind u get out of the Walmart freezer section. He reserves the right to refuse to honor any deals and post yet another sign stating that but posts all the deals..he just doesn't honor them. I am certain a true Texan wouldn't ever serve this or eat here. And as a true southerner I was embarrassed by what he did the the BBQ and smoked food as well as the slaw. Smh...this place was such a disappointment..
Ordered through the online app and went to the restaurant. It was closed though the status on the order kept updated to food being packed. Called the restaurant the next day and spoke to the store manager who said the order was cancelled. She said it will not be charged on card but 3 days now there hasn't been any refund. My card has been charged. Reflection not only on poor store management but also on the online portal of dickeys.(Edit) after waiting for a week and below manager reply, got tired of waiting and disputing the charge through my credit card company. Serious sad state of affairs
An excellent place to spend time with the family with excellent attention and without forgetting its excellent dishes. For me, the ribs fascinated me, they melt in one bite and the unforgettable flavor. 100% will return.
They refused to fulfill the order that I placed online, stating that they do not honor promotions.
Worst brisket I’ve ever had. Store smelled of old food. Brisket was green in color and tasted days old. Also like it had been sitting in water and then microwaved. Not worth 13$ or 13 cents for that matter. Threw the entire plate away. Disgusting.

At the Fair Oaks Mall location, they placed a large portable sign at the restaurant entrance which stated (in 3 inch high letters) that a classic pulled pork sandwich was $6.95. The sign above the counter stated it was $7.50. The cashier (manager) asked me to pay $8.43. When I questioned the price, she said $7.95 plus tax. When I called her attention to the price on the large portable sign 20 feet away, she said the system increased the price and insisted that $7.95 was the correct price. It took an argument to get her to charge the $6.95 price on the sign in front.
Ordered lunch for my office from Dickeys today. Ordered it all online and made it a pickup order. My coworker came back and when we handed out the food, a sandwich was missing. I called only to be told that I was lying and it was in the bag. I kept insisting it wasn’t but the lady kept arguing she packed it and it was. Finally, she begrudgingly agreed to refund the money. The worse part, she said she was the manager!! She claims her name was Gina but I am assuming that was a lie. Very rude and very unprofessional. Our office will never order from here again!!! Stay away!!!
