The photo is what I ordered for delivery. I did not receive the BBQ sauce or pickles, the onion twists were mushy and flat rather than crispy or round, all the food was cold, and I received utensils when I did not request them. Literally the bare minimum was done to complete this order and I’m extremely disappointed.

A friend suggested I try Dickeys BBQ. I wasn't disappointed. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant is smaller than a typical BBQ eat-in but you get a big flavor with the food! There are multiple menu options, all will please. Since this was my first time to Dickeys I chose the 2meat dinner option which included 2 sides. I ordered the hot sausage and the marinated chicken, mac and cheese, baked beans, and cornbread. I was warned the sausage was spicy hot. They weren't kidding. I was able to enjoy 1 piece of the sausage and it was so good but definitely spicy hot. I don't think I have ever enjoyed a marinated chicken breast this good! The meat is incredibly tender, tasty, delicious. I used their original BBQ sauce. There are 3. Next time I'm going to try their brisket which has the most incredible smoked auroma. By the way. Dickeys prices are lower that your bigger BBQ eateries. Bon Appétit!

I ordered the combination brisket and brisket ends with 2 sides. I did see the brisket that the young man was cutting off of, it was normal sized, wide, like a normal brisket. However, when I got home the brisket was cut in large uneven chunks, abt 3x2 inch chunks, you know, the kind you would see served up in an elementary school cafeteria. Brisket at any other restaurant I've been (even at your cousin's bbq) is cut into thin, mostly even, long strips. Very unappealing. I gave it to my neighbor, hopefully his dog will enjoy. The sides, mac and cheese and potato salad - wasn't horrific, but, I rather go to Red, Hot and Blue.

For a "Fast Food" like place, the food was better than most BBQ restaurants, like Red, Hot & Blue in the Fairfax area.Have eaten here twice so far and haven't been disappointed yet.

Fast, friendly, and with complimentary ice cream! This location has been a go to for me ever since the pandemic start because of it's consistently good food. I like the daily deals and try to time my takeout based on that.

Stopped to grab some lunch for take-out. We all got pulled pork sandwiches, which were really good. The fried okra & potato salad was also good. The biggest issue is that none of the staff were wearing masks. Both staff & customers should still be wearing them.

Dickey must've been having a bad day, speaking to his employees not so nicely, then a gentleman stood in line behind me for a good 5 minutes and no one ever acknowledged his existence in which he finally turned and left!!! As for the food... I had the burnt ends platter and it was served cold and dry! The only thing worth really eating was the fried Okra! That was amazing! This was the location on Lee Hwy on Sunday October 10th around 6 or 7 p.m.

Staff had mediocre attitudes at best. Everything was cold and dry except the fried okra that was cook on the spot. More than likely never visit this location again. Pretty disappointed in spending as much as I did especially for cold food.

i’ve eaten at Dickeys previously in other locations and you’ve had OK meals but this particular Dickeys was the worst food I’ve eaten from any barbecue or any other type of restaurant in a long long time. I ordered a combo platter with turkey and sausage. The turkey tasted more plastic than a Barbie kitchen. It was gritty with a poor consistency. The sausage had poor flavor and tasted old.The overall flavors and consistency of the food were absolutely terrible. The barbecue beans were fair and the coleslaw was OK but I did enjoy my Diet Coke.Even if I was emaciated this will be the last place I would go to. I recommend stay away go to McDonald’s you’ll get a healthier tasty more enjoyable meal.

The food and service were excellent. Probably the best bbq I've had in this area.
