Food was never delivered to me, it is impossible to reach the Fair Oaks Mall location because the store does not have a working phone for customer service. I am beyond upset and expect a refund for the incomplete order. Someone should really pay the phone bill…

Terrible customer service and filthy. The girl helping us seemed incredibly annoyed and barely spoke 2 words. It was an absolute mess in there. Spoons, napkins, food all over the floor and behind the counter was a whole different story. Our ice cream tasted like flavors that shouldn’t have been there I’m guess bc it wasn’t properly cleaned.

I’ve cream is as expected but cleanliness of the store takes off at least a star. The spoons they give you are so flimsy that it’s very hard to eat the ice cream. With a $6 ice cream, I’d appreciate the 5 cent spoon instead of the 2 cent one!

Had an unusually negative experience at this coldstone branch. The folks behind the counter were inattentive and visibility making fun of the lady in front of me who was having a bit of a difficult time with her English.They were also almost out of most of their fillings but proceeded to make the orders by skimping as much as possible. Resulting in my usual order ending up tasting nothing like how it usually does.Also, only one of the 6 people behind the counter was wearing masks or gloves.

One of the worst time I ate Cold Stone....service was bad...staff has an attitude....and they didn't even mix the 2 items together.......and didn't mix the toping at all....just dumped on the top.......send them home

All employees (with the exception of one) were either not wearing their masks (mask not covering mouth or nose, fully pushed under their chin while they prepared food) or improperly wearing their masks (only covering the mouth). I kindly asked if they would wear masks while preparing our family’s desserts, it wasn’t done. I finally asked for my dessert to be remade by the one employee following proper food prep regulations, I’m grateful for her kindness and dedication to following protocol when everyone else wouldn’t.We choose to help support your business. I would expect your employees to be diligent in maintaining proper hygiene right now that is expected. Our ICUs are full. So many are sick. Mask wearing for those preparing food is a simple mandate. It’s time to teach your employees to do their part.

The girl who took our order and gave us our ice cream seemed annoyed by the 3 small cups we ordered. We ended up waiting quite a bit for checkout as well, not due to under-staffing but to what appeared to be the teenagers behind the counter barely working. The guy who checked us out also had his nose out of his mask. We will not return but hope they will pay people more to work here and staff managers more regularly. This may solve the problem.

I just brought ice cream form this place, the young girl with courtly long hair is very rude. The employees don’t wear a mask while preparing the orders .Zero costumer service.Ice cream is good

I arrived at 6:56 to be told they were closed already by the young lady where google says 8. another person was willing to make it for me and I wish he had of because she just threw it together. Never go close to closing.

I personally worked there and it was the worst experience ever….Owner is so hard to deal with and doesn’t pay u the rate he tells u at the beginning of work.And when you ask for the pay difference he never answer u back..
