Delicious customized Cobb salad. Very helpful, friendly staff. Only bummed they were out of the dressing I wanted, but it was delicious anyway! Very fresh and very filling!

I'd say give it a chance. At first, the service was rough. But now after having visited over a dozen times, I think they're getting better. A part of the problem is the ability for their staff to keep up with the lunch rush. I find that if you go after 1:30, things are more consistent. It's also about ordering salads that are straight forward like the Cobb, as opposed to some of their newer menu items that's complicated for the staff to memorize.
super friendly staff and super good food! The girl helping me was so sweet & she made me the best salad ever. Talking to her really brightened my day. I think her name was dionna. I will definitely be coming back here!
I love Chopt and have visited several locations and have no complaints. This location is new and I’m sure they are still figuring out ordering of supplies but they are consistently out of ingredients and beverages. Also,the bathroom was low on toilet paper shortly after opening. I think they could use some help with managing this location. The people working are verynice but just need to be guided.
Corporate please rescue this place. They are so disorganized. Three different people started my salad. They would ask a question and not listen. Some employees were just chatting. One employee had unruly hair that should be tied up. Last of all I had lemongrass chicken and it was disgusting. I love other Chopt locations but this one needs help or it’s going to fail.
We were excited for this location to open. We have visited 3 times. Two of those visits were bad enough for us to decide not to go back.They were out of ice!!!!! They didn't care.They were also out of the meat for the Mexican bowl at 5:30 pm. Again, they didn't care.The whole ordering process was one big fumbling mess with us repeating ourselves. It took forever while the line got longer.Seating is limited. The manager has (permanently?) set up camp in the best seat in the place. If you want to have a booth that isn't crowded by people who are in line (Covid), you're out of luck because there is a laptop and paperwork parked in the only booth that works.Very disappointed.
Worst , I came in for a Chinese sesame bowl and I paid a full price for a bowl just to go home to that there was no meat in it. There was supposed to be roasted chicken in the bowl. I paid a full 10.50 for cabbage and warm grains?
Out of several ingredients and I was there the moment they open at 10/30am. Not impressed by this location
