I love Chipotle, this one is closest to my home so I really want to love this store. But I can't. Sure, food quality is okay, I've never gotten sick eating from this store. Problem is they ALWAYS get my online order wrong, okay so I try to order from the line. Employee interaction is ALWAYS hit or miss so I don't even want to do that. They don't want to use online order only prep station so line gets incredibly long. I thought Chipotle is never franchised because they can control every part of the experience. If this store is representation of corporate's vision, they are going downhill IMO.

Food was ok, hit-or-miss like most Chipotles as far as leanness of meats and freshness. But the drinks (juices) were rancid. Clearly rotten from the first taste. Stay clear of those at this location and go with water or soft drinks instead.

we went about two hours before they closed so I was surprised that the employees were adamant about rushing us through making our selections and eating. the employee at the counter continually cut us off midway through our answers to ask another question, to speed up the selection and checking out process. they were less than thrilled when we sat down to eat and chose to clean the counters around us and collect the trash right next to our table, nowhere near the trash bins, I assume in an attempt to rush us out. the food was good, but I think I'll stick to going to the Chipotle in Centreville by the theatre from now on as I've never had an issue there! maybe the staff is better during the day but I don't think I'd want to find out.

Very helpful staff that gets you orders correct and done quickly

This location was out of guacamole, vinaigrette dressing, spoons, tomatoes. Food was absolutely disgusting with no flavor, my family and I literally ate water.

The last 5 times I've gone here the brown rice is always hard as a brick. Kept giving em chances thinking it was a mistake. Smh.

Messed up 3 parts of the same burrito bowl pickup order, including absent guacamole and white rice instead of brown rice(light). Didn’t answer the phone twice when I called to discuss the problem.

Awful customer service, no eye contact or any sort of acknowledgement. I went to this location, the girl was cleaning the counter, and I was the only one standing at line, She saw me standing in front without saying anything just turn her back to wash her hands. It took a while. I just don't understand why is it so hard to talk and let people know that they will be with them. Couldn't stand their attitude and I left. This is not my first bad customer service I had at this location. It happened several times at different time few times I went there. The company needs to educate people how to behave specifically to young kids they hire.

As always the food was great but sometimes the way the staff talk makes a big difference, I think it's a once in a while or rare thing but then that just ruins the experience and excitement that you bring with you. And maybe they should keep constant check on how the dine in tables are maintained, in about 25min I was there the tables were not cleaned even once and it was dirty. The management and staff can do better.
