They only offer guacamole if you place an order online not in person. If I can't get guacamole I would never come back. It's a hassle to pull out a phone and order online when I am already in the store, and it takes longer. I don't know why they play this game but it must somehow save them money. This is the only Chipotle that plays this game.
I eat at Chipotles around the DC area once a week. It's taken a while for me to be pushed to write a review about this location because I understand there are times when they so slammed that everyone's doing the best they can.However, this location is consistently bad. As other people have said, their flavor is dialed down and their portions are terrible. Always.Recently, I went through the line to get food for myself and for my Mom. There were slight pauses in my ordering because I had to keep referring to my Mom's order in my phone. My ordering speed, which was still fairly fast, annoyed the person working the prep station (there were two customers behind me.. it was like 3pm?).I ordered a veggie bowl for my Mom. When we got down to the end, I forgot to say guac because guac is a part of the veggie bowls. Of course, guac was omitted and the person didn't double check with me. Below is a picture of the sad veggie bowl as it looked when my Mom opened it at home.This is not the norm for Chipotle. As a service industry worker, I understand that kitchens are hurting hard right now and customers can be awful. But my god, if your company's business model is a prep station with human to human contact, then please prioritize customer service. Don't make customers who seek out the face-to-face over online ordering feel like just a rushed annoyance. Please.. there's enough of that in the world.
The worst Chipotle in the DMV. My family and I have gotten food poisoning from this place twice. Should of learn from the 1st time to not come again. The place is dirty all the time. Such an unsanitary place where everyone is eating from. Never coming here again.
Easily the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to.This location appears incapable of appropriately budgeting for the amount of chips, guacamole, and other items to make it through a day.Further, the staff at this location does not understand a portion size compared to other locations. This location location will provide you with a half portion as a standard portion. If you ask for double meat you will miraculously have quadruple if not more.Miserable location compared to others.
This location is absolutely garbage. The staff is SO unhelpful and rude & they are out of product more times than not. I’ve never had an issue with ANY chipotle literally across the country, and this one is just absurdly wrong in every way possible. We live right down the road, and out of the 4 times we’ve ordered from here, both in store and by delivery, our orders have been wrong 3 out of 4 times. So highly disappointed. We will now drive out of our way to another chipotle to avoid this location at all costs
This was by FAR one of the dirtiest chipotles i've ever been to! Every empty table was filthy, 4/6 soda flavors were out of service, workers were randomly shouting in spanish and singing at the top of their lungs. Does this place have any management? I was immediately appalled by how they give 10 chips per bag. When I asked an employee about it, he claimed that 3oz was the standard for each bag. He threw another bag at me for me to have for compensation. They tasted stale at that! I've never been to a chipotle where 10 chips is the maximum... Although the location is convenient for high school and university students, I will never choose to visit here again.
There were 19 chips in this bag!! The pick up order was 15 minutes late, so I could’ve gone through the line faster.
I enjoyed a nutritious and delicious chicken bowl as a recovery meal after a great strength training workout. I ordered brown rice, black beans, a double portion of chicken, a little bit of all of the toppings, guacamole, and a tortilla on the side to wrap up half to take home. One portion easily provided two meals to fuel my body's muscle building activity!
Service is not good! The food is burned or over cooked. Hardly have guacamole. I’m not going back again. It’s a shame because chipotle used to be great.
????? I ordered a Chorizo bowl to go, and it tasted bad it seems that it is a low grade. not a good quality ingredient , it tasted dried, burnt or overcooked. Your quality of food is going down (low grade) All tasted the same with no flavor. Food wise you dont deserve a 5 star
