If you want to pay $30 for 2 burritos and leave hungry, this is the Chipolte for you. Honestly, the portions were comically small. I saw how small a scoop my partner got, so I asked for double meat. And got 2, EVEN SMALLER scoops. There was more tortilla in my burrito than there was anything else.
Ordered delivery from the Chipotle app 1/2 the order was missing Including my Entree. You cannot contact a human being for resolution they will not give you a refund they may give you a free item you but who wants to eat here again I know I don't. A Moe's Southwest just opened across the street guess where I'll be going from now on
Horrible customer service and a lot less food than other locations. Go to other locations. The manager said that their lactation do the right amount and the other ones are wrong with out even checking or looking at the bowl.
I love the tacos and bowl....Every there tastes amazing ..Hungry grab a bite here...
Ordered delivery today from the website and they left off half the order , including my entree so now I have nothing to eat. Could have been easily resolved had I been able to speak to someone but You can't get a human on the phone you can't get a human on the email and you can't get a human on the Chat. So instead of being mildly annoyed now I'm furious. The robot did offer free items but I'm never eating here again So that is useless what I really want is my money back. they just opened a Moe's Southwest across the street from this location so that's where I'll be going from now.
Good food fast. They don't skimp here. If you ask, they will put it in your burrito. Other Fairfax locations are always out of chips and toppings but this place always have everything ready and prepared.

I’ve been eating chipotle for years and have been to many locations. I here often as a work close by. This is arguable the best chipotle location I’ve been to. The staff is attentive and move quickly. The food is always seasoned well which can be an issue sometimes with Chipotle. The manager is super nice and you can tell they work hard.
The cashier woman was actually really nice and made my day!
I’m here for the third time in this branch. I swear this is the best one in the area. Always fresh & tasty and every single thing will go into your order is made so well. I hope they maintain this level of performance for a long period of time.
